Sweet. Seems like dear Pepper is now experiencing the fruits of her labour: After her taking care of everybody, everybody is taking care of her. It's a nice way of showing that she is appreciated, I guess.
Still: I think I loved the ill Hulk the best. xD Figures that when Bruce gets ill, he changes into the Hulk and the Hulk is the one who has to suffer... xDDD

Very sweet ending. Loved the bonding between the various characters.

I guess the team should be glad of two things: 1) that whatever flu strain Bruce caught didn't mutate to make bubonic plague look like a 24-hour bug; and 2) that Pepper has near infinite patience from dealing with Tony for years.

Excellent stuff! Loved the little moments the team got with Pepper, though Steve's are poignant because you can see a lot of similarities between Pepper and Peggy :)
