Not by being trained on purpose, but by attending as the tough man and just paying attention. Honestly, Goku is great and all, but I think Vegeta is just a much more interesting character. He is more intelligent by far, typically more competent by every metric except pure power, and has actual character flaws that make him interesting besides just being retarded. |

Also he was the muscle too so he knows. Vegeta didn’t marry in any normal family, Bulma not only understand him, and love him, but she is an adventurer a brilliant researcher and business woman and she has the position of a Queen. And she didn’t married any guy either he married a Prince. |
