I must admit, I'm always looking for good Skip Beat!, Oresama Teacher and Ouran High School Host Club fan fics. Unfortunately, there are hardly any Oresama Teacher fan fics out there. That makes me one very Sad Panda since I find it to be such a great manga. I really wish they'd make an anime version of it and for more than just one or two seasons. It's so amusing in all its sweet goofball glory.

There's also this soft spot that I have for music inspired Skip Beat! fan fics. I know it's mainly an acting theme that it's set on, but I'm also aware that it does encompass the entire entertainment business. Since I really love music and often find songs popping into my head even while conversing with someone because something is said that triggers a song in my mind, I really appreciate a well written story with music used in it. I have a list of songs that I think would be a great inspiration for writing one. For example, I believe these songs just really fit the relationship between Ren and Kyoko or about how Ren feels about Kyoko, etc..

There are other mangas and animes I love, of course, but only some I am interested in as a fanfic. It is here that I will make a desperate request...

Please, for the love of Mori, will someone out there write a fantabulous, lengthy Ouran High School Host Club story with a Haruhi x Mori pairing? I BEG OF YOU!!!

And will more people give poor Hunny a growth spurt and less loli-ness in his older years, please? Sheesh.

OURAN HIGH SCHOOL HOST CLUB

If you read my request this vent should come as no surprise. I am so sick of the dozens upon dozens of stories that make an OC the focal point of the story and then pair them with the main characters. Then there are lots of stories that are never finished and the short stories. The TamaHaru, KyoHaru, HikaHaru, HikaKao, TamaKyo, etc., etc., tend to be the most popular. But I hardly come across a MoriHaru story and even less frequently with a very good one. I am not a writer, it is not my forte. But I know there are some very talented writers here and I just wish someone would write a long story about this pairing. *sigh*

Also, what is it with so many people writing Hunny, even well into his university years and beyond without any change?! Give the poor guy a growth spurt and less loli-ness in his older years, please? Sheesh.

And don't even get me started on the whole TamaHaru pairing. I will never get behind them being end game because to me it's just outright sick to leave Haruhi to be with a character that in essence would be like sleeping with her own father. Ranka and Tamaki are just too much alike in personality. WAYYYYYY TOO MUCH.

Now, please pardon me for my frivolous breakdown about this fandom.

MANGAS I LIKE & THE CHARACTERS

Skip Beat: Kyoko, Ren and Yashiro. Yeah, they're obviously the main characters, but how can you not? Producer Kuresaki is steadily worming his way into my heart. haha

Oresama Teacher: I like just about all the characters here. They're such a great bunch of goofballs.

Akatsuki no Yona: Hak, Yona, Shin-Ah and Ao. Zeno has also grown on me. Shin-Ah is just so adorable and lovable and Ao is just friggin' hilarious!

L-DK: Shuusei, Aoi, Wataru, Eri. A lovey dovey manga, but I really loved this one.

Haru Matsu Bokura: Kyousuke is my fave there and Mitsuki and Towa are both cluelessly cute.

Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun: Hori is love, that is all. haha

Kobayashi ga Kawai Sugite Tsurai!!: They're all great characters, but I guess Sanada Aoi is my fave.

Naruto: Kakashi really cracks me up for some reason.

ANIMES & THE LIKE

RWBY: If you haven't at least checked this web series out, I feel like you're truly missing out. I can't even describe how much I love this show. And the references it makes to other shows, entities and such... *ARG* Just love it. My favorite characters here are Ruby, Lie Ren and Nora. BOOP! And Velvet's weapon is just awesome. Oh, and how can I forget about Penny, Sun, Qrow and Ozpin?! I absolutely love Volume 2, episode one. That food fight? Epic and hilarious!

Skip Beat: Same favorite characters as the manga. Although I wish they would give it more seasons than just the 2 the anime got. I understand though, since I think the Lotus in the Mire Arc the manga is currently at is probably one of the most exciting ones so far and that's barely being fleshed out. It would be awesome to see Kyoko's Momiji in anime form though!

Red vs. Blue: This machinima you have to watch from the beginning. When I was introduced to it years ago, almost at its start, I found it absolutely hilarious! That includes the Public Service Announcements and side episodes/shorts. I'm not sure I can pick an ultimate favorite character as they all have their quirks that amuse me.

Naruto & Naruto Shippuden: It's been a while since I've watched this so I'll hold off on faves until I watch it again. Still, I really like this series just as much as the manga.
