Kana
He was in complete shock when he read the magazine interview and the statements that woman had made. He'd never said anything about the kiss she forced on him, and he'd suffered for it greatly, Kyoko avoided him like he had the plague, as did Maria, Kotonami-san openly scowled at him, his female friends stopped talking to him. The woman had ruined his personal life, and now she was back for more with her implications, and lies.
Lory just shook his head as the boy read the new tabloid pieces about his secret relationship with Kana Kusunoki. Apparently they'd been dating since long before the infamous kiss, they were now engaged, and they were expecting their first child. According to her, she was two months pregnant during the first scandal, and Ren had never confirmed or denied their involvement during the time of the kiss. She wasn't using him for her image, she was using him to get out of her own mess of a life. She'd been counting on him being polite, kind, and a gentleman, and she ran with it. It wasn't like he could prove otherwise at that moment. Well, at least not until he could demand genetic proof from her.
Kuon and Lory were now in a very big pickle. Of course, they both knew that the child wouldn't be his, and it could be proved when she gave birth, not only by genetic testing, but also the not so small fact that Kuon was not a natural brunet, and Kana was. Not only that, Kuon did not have brown eyes as Kana did. So, if the child was born with anything other than her traits, they would know without the science.
Honestly, he didn't care what it did to his gentlemanly reputation if he came out and clearly told that he was not responsible for this fiasco. He needed to make it perfectly clear that this woman was the scheming whore that she was. It took several months of begging and pleading with Kyoko, a confession of his love and the absolute truth about everything, the scorn of the public for being a potentially deadbeat womanizer, and a sharply declining popularity. In the end, he could endure it, as long as the woman he loved believed him and stood by him, and she did.
Finally, as month nine rolled around and the public waited for the results with bated breath, she finally gave birth to her little angel, her little meal ticket. However, that day had been the very day that Kuon Hizuri dropped the stage name and revealed himself, and in no way could anyone claim that he'd ever had anyone with Black hair and light-blue eyes in his family. If that wasn't enough to convince the public, the DNA test came back a week later, and Kana had to reveal that the real father had accompanied them that first night when everything began, Hidehito Kijima. Although many had, had enough of her lies and deceptions, and didn't believe a single word. It was quite a shame that an innocent little baby had to suffer for his mother's new reputation, and she honestly really didn't need to go through all that trouble if she'd told the truth in the beginning. She would discover that little tidbit when Hidehito decided to sue her for full custody of his son.
