Now if only they'd let something like this happen in the manga some time after saving the school. Or something similar. Either way I would love to see Mafuyu and Takaomi grow closer as the manga progresses. He already trusts her more than anyone. I'm pretty sure he loves her romantically. To me, I've always seen them as an OTP, their connection is just so natural. Mafuyu just needs to mature a bit in the romantic sense, she's already shown signs of attraction/love towards him in the manga, at least in my opinion.
