My fandoms are almost strictly anime/manga. I enjoy some pop culture and sci-fi/fantasy, I just don't participate in their fandoms. As is painfully obvious, I write for far fewer fandoms than I enjoy. Not all voices are suited for all writers, I suppose.

I have a decent amount of Ouran, and a little less SB!, fanfic posted only on LJ (Treeflamingo there, too). I have not been particularly diligent about crossposting. Conversely, the majority of my SB! work here is not on LJ. :shrug: At least I'm fair.

Regarding myself as a writer: it is important to note that I am highly irregular. I'm a slow writer - I have to let an idea gestate for a long time before I feel like I can do it justice, so even well-planned stories can take me a while to finish. I prefer oneshots to multi-chapter stories; I think of myself as better at short stories than novels. That describes my reading preferences these days as well, as a matter of fact. I'm impatient and tend to bop around from story to story and may require nagging to finish a multi-chap (I nag myself, but it's a little more effective when somebody else does it for me ^^;;) Conversely, my best work is frequently the stuff that I dash off in one quick sitting with almost no forethought. This means that I tend to elicit reviews of "please write more!" for the stories that I have no intention of extending. (^^;;;;;;) If you ask for more of a story, and I do not provide, I am truly sorry to disappoint you, but please understand that anything further I do to what was originally intended to be a oneshot will probably not be up to par anyway. *pekori*
