Characters I, Oh, So Loath

Aizen from Bleach - Well, yeah, he's the main villain in the series. But he doesn't care about the people around him, even those are loyal to him, not to mention, he keeps messing with people's feelings and lives.

The king of Xerxes from Fullmetal Alchemist (the manga) - I think this guy deserves my contempt more than Father, the head homonculus. Basically, we see in a flashback the old king of Xerxes trying to gain immortality. Following the advice of Father, who was then a creepy blob in a flask, the king orders his men to massacre at least five villages along the border of the kingdom. And then, when they're about to go through the final stage of the plan, he has the gall to say, "With me on the throne forevermore, the kingdom is sure to have an everlasting peace." You know what? How about we just let him have immortality. And right after he gets it, have him thrown into a deep, deep dried up old well. We'll just let him bake forevermore in the hot desert sun. Oh, he's too hot? Oh, don't worry. We'll just throw in a large bunch of ice cubes right after the sun goes down. I mean, it's not like the desert nights are really, really freezing. Sorry about that bit of dark humor, but that's the way I feel.

Azula from Avatar: The Last Airbender (the cartoon) - Okay, again, I know this is obvious, with her being a villain and everything. But she is absolutely ruthless, even to her friends. Before her friends betrayed her, she deliberately put one of their lives on the line, just so they could join her.

The World Government from One Piece - Okay, technically speaking, the World Government isn't just one character. In fact, I don't know the members of the World Government. But these are a group of people with whom I am not too impressed. They had an entire island full of people destroyed, just because a group of them could read the ancient language and potentially reveal a dangerous secret. They had an innocent eight-year-old girl constantly on the run. In the meantime, they are allowing to let off seven extremely dangerous pirates, one of which had an entire island of people constantly ransom their lives and another who was slowly destroying an entire kingdom. Yeah. These are the people I want to trust in power.

Favorite Villains

King Ashura from The Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles - Okay, I know there have been a lot of fanfictions with Ashura just flat-out cruel and vicious (some of them more out of speculation of his character); don't get wrong, many of these fanfictions were really good. But in the manga, Ashura was not truly evil. He really did care about Fai. Granted, he was using Fai to make sure someone killed him. But still, he saved Fai from a truly awful place, he offered him emotional support, and when Kurogane killed him, he said that he had hoped Fai would kill him so that he would not suffer from his second curse.

Greed from Fullmetal Alchemist (the manga) - Again, this is a villain who is not truly evil. He shows that he does care about the people close to him, albeit referring to them as his possessions. Also, in the end of the manga, he sacrifices his own life (er, lives) to save Ling.

Fictional Male Characters I Like and Why (it's in no particular order)

1. Ginko from Mushi-shi (He's really hot. As for his personality, he's nice in a frank sort of way. He tries to tell people what they need to know rather than what they want to hear).

2. Fai Flourite from Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles (Really cute, and really hilarious!)

3. Maes Hughes from Fullmetal Alchemist (Dear God, I love that guy! I wouldn't date him or anything as he already has a wife and a daughter. But I like him because he's a real family guy, always bragging about his wife and daughter at work, and he's really funny!)

4. Monkey D. Luffy from One Piece (Absolutely hilarious! Again, I wouldn't date him, especially since one, he's not romantically interested and two, he has the maturity of five-year-old. I just like his character because of he can be so naiive and childish, but is willing to risk his life for his friends.

Interesting Facts about Myself:1.) The first day I was behind the wheel of the Driver's Ed. car, I crashed it into a ditch (no one was hurt and neither was the car). 2.) My dog Max is in love with the next-door neighbor's cat. 3.) Whenever I hear really moving music, or watch or read something really exciting, I run around outside and let my imagination run wild! 4.) Despite my father's protests that I should study French (he's French-Canadian), I decided to study Spanish instead (just to be a rebel)

Happy Memories: 1.) Witnessing one of my birds lay an egg. 2.) My father coming home from Iraq. 3.) Adopting my dogs Eli and Max. 4.) Meeting my younger cousins for the first time. 5.) Seeing my first fanfiction story online.

Opinions: 1.) Whoever said that opposites attract have not met my parents (no offense Mom and Dad!)

2.) It always sucks when you wake up from a really good dream.

3.) I think in Ouran High School Host Club that Kasanoda is wrong to say that Mori-senpai has a scary face. Mori is just sooo cute! He has such lovely eyes and he always looks sweet when he smiles.

4.) When Mama's not happy, no one is happy (this is especially true at my house).

5.) Izumi Curtis from Fullmetal Alchemist is just soo awesome!

6.) The "Sorta Cinderella" play in Fruits Basket has got to be the funniest scene in the whole series!

7.) Tsukasa Domyoji from Boys Over Flowers is such a jerk. I do not think he deserves Tsukushi at all. She deserves someone much better than him!

8.) It was just so great seeing how Sakura Haruno had matured a lot later in the Naruto series.

9.) I know this is controversial, but I think each person should follow whatever religion works for them; faith is a personal thing. I think the only moral rule that everyone should follow in the world is to not hurt each other, either physically or emotionally. But then, that's me.

10.) I'm sorry, but I think Nana from +Anima looks sooo cute with her little bat ears!

11.) I think it's just really ridiculous that Hollywood makes it seem that being a virgin is shameful. You see it a lot in TV shows and movies: someone admits to being a virgin and everyone else in the room just stops, shocked. I mean, what's wrong with being a virgin? A person should only have sex if they themselves feel that they are ready. Besides which, sex is not all there is to life and it's not the most important aspect in a relationship.

Wishes for the Future: 1.) That after I graduate from college (which is two years away), I'll find a job. 2.) That my younger sister will grow healthy and happy. 3.) That one day, the government officials won't be so greedy and corrupted when it comes to the oil industry. 4.) That the economy will get better.

If I Could Choose a Super Power: 1.) I would probably choose flight. I always wondered what it would be like to fly.

Controversial Stuff: A long while ago, my grandfather sent me a couple of interesting clips about a couple of churches arguing on whether or not animals go to Heaven. I am a Christian (however, I personally don't think it matters what religion a person has), but I think it's ridiculous that people think animals have no souls. Who are we to decide that animals that do not have souls? Personally, I think that's just plain conceited. Besides, we have no more control of what species we're born to as the cats and dogs around us.

1.) Anything with snakes in it (I am terrified of snakes).

2.) Being chased by a monster, but somehow I can't move very quickly.

Ichigo Kurosaki x Rukia Kuchiki (from Bleach); Okay, I know that Orihime confessed her love to Ichigo in the manga, but I just can't see those two together. To be honest, I can't help but feel that Rukia is in a way closer to Ichigo than Orihime is.

Megumi Oumi x Kiyomaro Takamine (from Zatch Bell); Again, I know Suzy has a crush on Kiyo, but it's pretty obvious that he only sees her as a friend, at best. I feel that Megumi is closer to Kiyomaro, especially since they are both involved in the Mamodo fight. Not only that, but I kind of like Megumi better than Suzy. Don't get me wrong. Suzy is a very sweet girl, and I like that aspect of her. But she always seems like the damsel-in-distress, whereas Megumi, who is very smart and independent, can hold her own in a fight.
