How to read my fics:

I don't really do series; if I do, I will explicitly mark them as belonging to parts of a series. That being said, some fics may share similar backstories, side-characters, or themes. Even so, don't expect consistency between these: I still regard them as belonging to slightly different universes/worlds and will not endeavour to keep every single detail the same.

Especially for things like KOTOR or Dragon Age, a general good guide to stories being similar/belonging to the same world will be if the characters share the same name. I generally will not repeat a variety of backstories for Fionn Cousland or Eran Cathael (M!Revan), for instance.

15/1/2018: Progress Status

Currently working on thesis and publications, so fic writing is on the backburner. Nevertheless, in order of priority:

1. Untitled: No description.

Status: In Progress. This is a fairly secret project I've been working on, for the TTM fandom and I can't drop the summary here either. I am, however, endeavouring to complete this WIP first.

2. The Way of the World: Neil leaves SigCorp. Everything goes right.

Status: Mostly complete. This is another WIP I have on the backburner, but am hoping to polish it off and finish it shortly.

3. Story of Your Life: The problem isn't that Neil is dying. The problem is that Neil doesn't dare to hope, and Eva refuses to let go. The problem is that Neil and Eva are both equally bad at honesty and asking for help. The problem is that Neil knows how the story ends. In the end, the middle is all that's left.

Status: In Progress. This story is almost complete at the moment, though it still needs some major plot issues ironed out. Also, mindcucumbers. All the mindcucumbers.

4. Time Is Like Water: Neil Watts died when he was seventeen. He was twenty-two when he met Eva Rosalene again at Sigmund. The problem with second chances is that you never notice them, until it's too late. [D4 fusion AU.]

Status: In Progress. This story is basically 2 chapters at the moment, and nowhere near complete, though I've planned it and the other written chapter is the ending. In some ways, this will be a major thematic divergence from Story of Your Life. Draws on Seanan McGuire's excellent novella, Dusk or Dark or Dawn or Day, though I have aimed to write such that you will not need knowledge of D4 to appreciate what's going on.

5. In All The World: The story of how Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi tamed each other, from Naboo to Anakin's early days at the Temple. Slow-building Anakin/Obi-Wan friendship.

Status: In Progress/Hiatus. This story has developed some plotting issues and needs to be extensively rectified before I feel comfortable continuing with/posting what I've got.

6. Those Who Remain: AU where Kreia's ambush severely incapacitates the Exile. Due to bad timing, everyone on the Ebon Hawk decides to take the future of the galaxy in their own hands and set off to save to galaxy from the Sith Triumverate on their own, thus throwing a hydrospanner into Kreia's plans. Meanwhile, the Exile is stranded on Dantooine. (M!Exile.)

Status: In Progress/Hiatus. This story has developed some plotting issues and needs to be extensively rectified before I feel comfortable continuing to write it.

7. Refuse To Drown: AU where Palpatine is apprehended and imprisoned in the Jedi Temple. Nevertheless, he talks Anakin into helping him escape, and in the process, Anakin slaughters a great many younglings. Obi-Wan struggles to come to terms with the idea that Anakin could commit such an atrocity, and his struggle forces him to peer into a number of other possible universes.

Status: In Progress/Being Planned. This story exists only in fragments at this point in time. Much more work needed.
