Reviews for Ouroboros
gulaschsuppn chapter 1 . 7/26
This was... glorious. Enthralling. The pacing those short paragraphs create is perfect for this type of tale. Sincerely, thank you for this piece of art.

Choice or Decision chapter 1 . 1/5
Beautiful. Haunting. Ouroboros.
Guest chapter 1 . 8/15/2018
You have a talent.

That...That. what you wrote means so much more.
Anonsense chapter 1 . 3/10/2017
Beautiful, but depressing, but well written.
(I'm not sure where you're going with Newton though. It's... not relevant. You were talking about self-repeating cycles, not equal and opposite forces or how an object in rest will remain in rest until acted upon by an outside force. Maybe if you were going for how things could change if somebody acted or how evil will always find opposition in good, they would have been more suitable for the fic, but as it stands Kepler's laws would seem more appropriate, I think?)
fernandfeather chapter 1 . 2/11/2016
Really amazing.
wah chapter 1 . 9/24/2015

Guest chapter 1 . 9/15/2015
That was scary but I loved it
Jen chapter 1 . 11/9/2013
Beautiful. Just a really, really, beautiful piece. Thank you for sharing.
Francis Sinclair chapter 1 . 4/20/2013
"A meeting of non-existences … a moment of perfection that will happen again and again until Harry joins Tom in death and they step off the cliff together."
Your writing has the power to say so much more than the words themselves. All through this I have to stop several times and contemplate your lines carefully, chews them repeatedly and look at them in different lights, everytime they never fail to make me think, and reconsider everything. They're like the knell ringing, when it finishes it really doesn't, it stays in your head and continues to sound. Thank you so much for this, I can't describe how much I love it and how much I'll never be able to forget it.
HiddenDepths-x chapter 1 . 11/15/2012
Ugh. I'm kind of running out of words now to describe how much I enjoy your writing, and this is no exception. The parallels, the non-linear structure, the symbolism... I love it all! I really hope you're still writing something, even if not this, because you really are brilliant.
en extase chapter 1 . 4/26/2012
Another amazing one-shot, which equals The Fire Omens in brilliance. I love how haunted Harry is, there's this existential pall or funeral shroud that's fallen over him and he can't escape it. There's such a heavy sense of _doom_ in this story.

Writing tips, please?
sammyfish chapter 1 . 10/28/2011
Your writing is incredible. Dark, but compelling and the snatches of thought you collect have such power. I love it :)
xXxMartelxXx chapter 1 . 1/12/2011
I sometimes wondered it that wasn't the case. Grindelwald and then Tom. And then who?
Moth Gypsy chapter 1 . 2/6/2010
this was incredible, and beautiful, and horrifying. your writing style is like prose, in the best possible way, making the content all the more painful to read. loved the juxtaposition of Harry and Dumbledor, loved the overall structure, loved the theme.
dragongirlG chapter 1 . 11/16/2009
This is so chilling and so believable - I love the parallels between Dumbledore and Harry, Grindelwald and Tom. They're highlighted so well and so concisely with beautiful language. Well done.
