Personality: She is kind and very protective and loves cartoons (to at times some belives she is obsessed with them, but knows to balance it with humans when needed. However dispite being cartoony, she can be wise and insiteful and gives advice to those who need it. She is also very smart dispite her toon like nature. Powers and ablities Omnitrix: Given to her when she started her training in the Multiverse Dimensional Protection force, Bella can turn into all the omnitrix aliens up to Omniverse, however oddly later she learned her omnitrix can store toon DNA due to her deep love of cartoons and allow her to turn into it. Later after removing the limiter, she has to keep it on to keep her DNA Stable as it holds her Original DNA, the same with the Toon an alien DNA.Toon Physics: Her true power that allows her to do the same things as Toons and all the connected powers to Toon physics Mind dimension manipulation: possesses a space in her mind that is her own personal dimension which allows her to control her pysilogical biology Biology manipulation: Thanks to the omnitrix and her mind space, Bella can manipulate her body via fusing toon parts or part way transformation. Power sharing: allows Bella to share powers from her forms with other toons (usually mixing powers)Advance healing factor: mimicing Deadpool and Clair (Heros) own, Bella can heal from any injury or loosing a limb and can reattach it or regrow it, but only if blood is flowing through her body. Empathy sensing: connected to her nature as a Aspy and being a good person, Bella can sense if a person is sad or unhappy, its much stronger when Bella is in her human form. Weakness Bella is bounded to the rules of the cartoon verse and can never use her full power or end up ripping up the multiverse and thus must only use 1-5 percent of her power at a time, she holds the weakness of all her toon forms and any power she uses but her core weakness is the toon killer DIP, it wont kill her but it will melt her skin and block her healing factor until its washed off. She is forbidden to kill on purpose unless possessed by a outside entity or given the command to do so by the toon gods, the punishment is she looses all her powers except her toon imortality for a week. She also has the weakness of the forms she transforms into (Ex.if she becomes a devils fruit user she is weak against water, more so on salt water, if she is heatblast she is weak vs Water or diamondhead strong sound vibrations).
