Do not listen to other people your story is AMAZING. Sure it may not falls the story of RWBY but this is your story so who care what other people say. Personally I think it is cool how you mix Roman, greek , and other gods together with the Lord of RWBY. I like how you had other gamer in the story too. I think it is cool on how John (I do not know if I spelled it right) was a gamer as well as the mc. This take the usual John the game trop and made it something different it also make it so if he ever go to another world he can see if any other fiction characters are gamer as well as if he mean other gamers. I was also looking forward to the gamer get away party you hinted. Please do not give up on this story and if you must the maybe do a rewrite of can even be in another show besides RWBY there so few gamer story's where two or more gamers work together like John and the mc. They help each other, they both had the gamer power, they are more likely to meet more gamers and it was not too many gamer. I like having more gamer but I personal think too many gamer can be bad like this one naruto fic about a clan of gamers it just took away the appeal with every one being a gamer. Ok so just a heads up the descriptions of the skills cryokinesis, hydrokinesis and vapour control combine to be matter manipulation.
Cryokinesis: the note "This applies to all compounds that are made solid through drop in temperature" heh almost ALL compounds act that way, so he can control everything that doesn't burn or break down when heat is added.
Hydrokinesis:"Can control ALL liquids" so anything in liquid state.
Vapour Controll:"control ALL water vapour and similar compounds" realistically your stating control anything in gas state, water vapour is just H2O in a gas state.

You just gave your characters one of the most powerful forms of telekinesis, with the exception of some hydrocarbons, biological compounds and anything else that doesn't melt when introduced to a higher temperature.

I wish you luck in writing, friendo! One skill I'd like to reccomend, is something like a weapon proficiency so you could end up being able to take all kinds of routes in the story.
