Hi-Ho everyone!

To everyone reading this who has stuck with me throughout the entire run of “Shadowchasers: Conspiracy”, I want to again, give my thanks.

So, what do I have planned for next, you may ask?

Well, to be frank, something much, much different.

See, for most of my writing, the interplay with the Yu-Gi-Oh card game has been dominant. But the system has worn itself quite thin. The game itself has evolved to the point where I can hardly recognize it, and it’s hard to keep raising the bar. Besides, I’ve been itching to write something other than a YGO fic.

So am I abandoning Shadowchasers? Not a chance.

The franchise has grown far faster and far fuller than I had ever expected, and I cannot just walk away and abandon it. While the association with the OCG will be put on the back-burner, there is still much to explore.

Thus, starting sometime next year, prepare for a set of anthology series that explores the past eras of the Shadowchaser world! This series (working title, “Untold Tales of the Shadowchasers”) will feature stories set decades or centuries in the past, detailing the organization’s thousand-year history. A few figures that have already been mentioned might be fleshed out further, and with enough demand, I might even feature some of Jalal Stormbringer’s earliest adventures.

But that’s not all. Also starting November 12th (I hope) the first part of “Shadowchasers: Shackled City”!

This will not be one fic, but a series of small ones; each will be suitable for a stand-alone fic, but will also be part of a larger overall plot. Each story will feature characters who have already been featured, but who have had little “screen time”. The first part will be titled "Shadowchasers: Quality of Life", and feature Nichole and Dugan from "Torment", as well as Francis from "Conspiracy".

Oh, and look forward to the return of “Shadowchaser Files”!
