My name is R.A.Baker

Unfortunately I had disappeared for a while and I left you guys hanging for a long time. I do sincerely apologise to everyone.

So after the last time I posted I had a mini mental breakdown. I worked in a place where everyone hated me because I was working hard and gained the favour of my boss. I got fired when my boss was away in Hong Kong. My mother and I had a terrible relationship because I lost that job and was not bringing in any income. I eventually got a new job and once again I was faced with people who didn't like me for the simple reason that working hard and gaining respect from both management and clients while they are not, equals to me being bullied and disrespected when the bosses are away. Eventually things got so bad that the person bullying me and almost hit me with her car twice claims that I bullied her and made herself into the victim of the story.

In a moment of weakness I applied for a job in Korea, away from everything I knew and held dear. I fought with my family and was even called a piece of trash and told that if I am going to leave then I should leave nicely, as if though all this time I was the with almost nothing, I left my home and beloved dogs behind and started a new life as an English teacher in a place where I am isolated. I made friends and I hang out with them more often that not. I barely call home and the last time I went home, they didn't even have that much time to spend with me, making me think that maybe I am just not important enough to spend time with. I extended my stay in Korea to another year and I find that I am much happier here than back home. My coworkers and I can talk for hours in the office and we hang out, the toxic vibes are no longer in my life and I am hoping to make a new life work for me and focus on making myself happy for once.

Here's to many more years of writing and I hope may of you can stay with me for the journey.
