Your plotline is good, character development is acceptable and the flow of story is nice. But beyond it, I must tell you that you need to look someone to beta your work.

I'm not great with grammar as well, but there's still a room for improvement with your way of writing. I understand that english is not your first language, same as me, the reason I'm writing some points in order for you to improve being a non native english speaker.

The flowing of your sentence and dialogues are a bit off. Like for example:

And I quote:

"Naru-chan, would you pass water bottle, please?" said a gentle voice from his left. Naruto did before watching the dark but still caring eyes of the woman. Mikoto always loved him as much as she did her own sons. But Kushina too was like that towards Sasuke and Itachi. That's why, she organised everything for today. It was her gift for Sasuke.

If I were to re-write this, I would do it like this:

"Naruto honey, can you pass the bottled water please?" A soft voice from his left called out. The young blonde man did before he stared back at the woman's dark warm eyes. Mikoto loves him as much as she does with her own sons, the same with how Kushina cares for Sasuke and Itachi as her own. It was the reason why she planned everything for that day. It was her simple gift for Sasuke's twenty second birthday.

This story is breath of fresh air, so different from the typical SasuNaru fics. I love this author's style.
