Since I am now a thirtysomething creative person who is still surrounded by bureaucrats, I thought it was time that I update this.

I have been reading fan fiction and this site since before they got really touchy about NC-17 fics. However, I did not start posting until 2009. I consider this occupational therapy for various disabilities. I am Dyslexic and extremely Dysgraphic. http:///wiki/Dysgraphia

Because of this, I write these stories with the use of voice recognition software. So expect some very strange grammar mistakes. The software is getting better but there are still issues. All of the more recent stories have been reviewed by a beta. Some of the older stuff has not. Feel free to point out things I can't see in a nice way or volunteer to beta.
Between the voice recognition software and myself, we're going to create the type of errors that will get past the most well-meaning beta. Some things just don't translate correctly. Sometimes my syntax is off. Other times I put down the wrong words. I still don't understand why changing tenses is such a taboo. This is probably because I skipped all of junior high grammar due to special circumstances and I have no idea what the rules of grammar are.

I want everybody to ask yourself this question: would you rather I keep writing despite all the imperfections or would you rather I not write anything at all because I can never produce a perfect piece? It's just not possible for me to write a perfect chapter. I have accepted that, can you?

My favorite current TV shows Agents of SHIELD and Jane the Virgin. Maybe this summer I will write some Jane and Rafael Fixit stories, especially if Jane ends up with Michael.

I watched Daria from the beginning. It was part of my survival strategy for high school. I was a cross between Quinn and Daria during those four years of torture. I was a Brain, but I was also on prom court. I was well liked and well hated.

Things I write for:

High School Musical: I loved writing these stories because the characters have so much potential and the writer's provided a lot of subtext. My favorite pairings are Troy/Sharpay, Chad/Troy and Chad/Sharpay.
I'm not planning on doing any new stories in this unless I finally do a Chad/Troy song fic for Somebody that I Used to Know

Star Trek for the Alternate Reality
I enjoy exploring the nurture versus nature concept. Also, there are just so many fun things you can do in this universe. Best of all, a new film is coming out in May which means more material to work with.

Ugly Betty: It's just fun to play with.

Daria: The characters are great and again fun to play with.

Boy Meets World: I blame the evil plot bunnies and 90s nostalgia for this.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe: it's a big playground. I may even start writing some stuff set in the Marvel comics universe. Thinking about it.
