Author has written 10 stories for Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Lord of the Rings, Chronicles of Narnia, and Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir. Hey all I'm Abi, I'm 20 and from England! I'm a Christian, since I believe that Jesus Christ was God's son who came to earth and lived a perfect life then went to the cross and died, himself sinless, for the sins of the whole world, and the only way to be forgiven of your sin and have a place in heaven is to trust him as your Saviour. I'm in quite a few fandoms; Narnia, Percy Jackson, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Howl's Moving Castle, Code Geass, one Piece and some others. My favorite color is green, or orange I still haven't decided... As well as fanfiction I have a tumblr account, called itsthechristiangirl. I hope you like my stories if you read them and feel free to message me if you want!!! Oh i should probably mention I am a really irregular updater, I'm so sorry it's a bad habit I am trying to break :) This is the first time i've been on here in a year, so no changes yet. MY VIEWS ON HOMOSEXUALITY (In order to explain my stories. Please do not bother to read if you intend on leaving me a hurtful message simply because of the religious views I hold.): I don't support homosexuality. Does that mean I'm a violent hater? No. I DO believe that Jesus Christ clearly defined marriage for man and woman. Does that mean I send homosexuals hateful messages? No. I pray that God would move in their hearts and bring them back to him. Does that mean I'm shoving my religion down their throats? No. I don't understand why Christians aren't allowed to express their Bible based views, but homosexuals can rally and preach and oppose Christianity all they want. Do I think that because I'm straight, I'm more righteous than them? No. Everyone sins, and God hates all sin equally, and I sin everyday. God doesn't hate gays. He is grieved by their sin, that they have turned their backs to him. I don't support it, but I believe that Christians are called to love. That doesn't mean that if a gay individual asked me about my view on the subject, I would say it's fine; I would still direct them to the passages in the bible that clearly label it a sin. If they're not Christian, you ask, what good what it do? None, I suppose. But I'd rather they know why I don't agree with it. I have gay friends. Just because I don't agree with their lifestyle doesn't mean I shun them and spring out of dark corners to slam a Bible on their heads. XD Look, all of my views are 100 percent Bible-based. If you don't like them, well, I guess you can discuss it with God when Judgement Day arrives. Matthew 19:4-6- "Haven't you read," he replied, "that at the beginning the Creator 'made them male and female,' and said, "For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh'? So they are no longer two, but one. Therefore, what God has joined together, let man not separate." Lastly, if you are ever curious about anything religious, please don't hesitate to ask me. Thank you for reading:) |
