Awww...I love Peter and Edmund's relationship. It's special.

My eyes are welling up and I'm nearly crying, my goodness, that was a ride. I love that the Narnians were outside the tent, listening to Peter's song, and it was really well-timed the build-up and release of emotions on Peter's behalf. Due to the subject matter it could have been cringey but it wasn't, it really wasn't. Thanks.

I read this *beautiful* story years ago, and I should have left a review then, but I didn't appreciate how important feedback was/is to a writer until now, nor did I fully grasp just how much work goes into writing a story.

This story, simply put, reminds me in so many ways why I adore "The Chronicles of Narnia" books so much. Not only does this story feel wonderfully authentic and genuinely in character, but it has a certain ambiance to it that really allows you to be drawn in. I also find it very nostalgic, since I associate "The Chronicles of Narnia" a beloved part of my past (and future too), and it brings back so many good memories.

The moment where Peter sang to his brother while Edmund just listened, was extremely poignant. It actually reminded me a lot of my own sister, and how she used to sing me a lullaby to sleep (she has a beautiful, soothing voice), and there were times when she would sing, that I felt like crying. The fact that she loved me enough to do that really meant a lot to me.

And of course my favorite part of all, and the most heart wrenching, was when Peter broke down at the end. I love it when strong male characters break emotionally, and you wrote it perfectly.
