As of Monday, October 28, 2013: I have hit a bit of a roadblock in writing Cambion so I've decided to restart. This is not a "Discontinuation", merely a reboot of sorts. I'm going to leave the current version up for now and start working on an outline. When I've gotten the entire plot developed, I will begin writing. I feel the major reason for my roadblock is that I never planned it out on paper in advance. I'm sincerely sorry about this, but it's the only way that I feel I will be able to continue on with the story. After I've gotten this underway, I will repost the most recent chapter with an additional author's note at the end to give an estimate of when I will start writing.

As of Sunday, November 10, 2013: I have begun my outline for the revised version of "Cambion". I'm currently on Chapter 4 in the outline, and I plan to finish the entire outline before I even begin writing. That said, it will probably be a few months before the writing begins. I'm terribly sorry to all of my readers, but rest assured, the rewrite will be drastically different both in pacing, range, length, and scale. I'm excited about the rewrite, I hope all of you are, too.

As of Tuesday, December 17, 2013: I've begun writing chapter one and have so far done nearly 1,400 words. I'm really happy about it and I think my writing is an improvement on what I had before now that I have an outline of sorts to stick with. Furthermore, I am currently in search of a beta reader. My previous beta is currently out of the country, and I'm afraid that even when she returns that it's been so long since I sent her anything that she's forgotten about it. So, interested beta readers, please apply! I'm fine on spelling, so no worries there. It's just a job to catch any little errors I might make without noticing. As of Friday, December 20, 2013: Chapter One of the Cambion Rewrite (Title to be determined) is now complete at 1,787 words. I really pleased with it, and I hope all of you are, too. I'm not going to post it right away. I want to develop the story more and get a few more chapters written before I start posting (probably aiming for a lead of about ten chapters or so).
