Author has written 2 stories for Twilight, and Naruto. I'm from Canada and enjoy many different books. There hasn't been a book that I've picked up that I haven't enjoyed. Those that I didn't really like had poor grammer and spell (needed more editing in other words) but the stories themselves I enjoyed. I'm 26 years old and enjoy life for the most part. I'm still trying to figure out what's going on with a beautiful young woman (smfan) that I've been hanging out with. We've been working on a writing project together and when we finish it, I'll tell you the name so you can look it up if we ever get it published (we're planning to try to get it published but getting your foot in the door is always hard, I know for I've got the rejection letters to prove it). I enjoy reading fanfiction of several of my favorite series, (anime, manga, book, TV, don't matter) but I really hate the slash/yoai stories that people write. I don't have a problem with gays or homosexuals but when you start making characters like Naruto and Harry Potter gay, that just makes me want to throwup. Draco Malfoy on the other hand, yeah I can see him as being gay, same with Sasuke (wonder what they would be like as a couple? A challenge for any out there who wants to try, write a Naruto/HP crossover with that couple). As for Orochimaru, I honestly think he is gay to start with and actually prefer to see him written that way. I mean, why else would he have such an obsession with young boys? As for ships in any book I've read, I prefer the cannon ships. In my humble opinion, to change them would be going against the story itself. Look at Harry and Ginny, if you truly paid attention right from the start, Harry noticed Ginny BEFORE any of her brothers. Even during the Yule Ball, he notices Ginny and Neville (enough to notice him stepping on her toes when she was trying to hide her wince) before he notices Cho, Dumbledore, Madame Maxim, Hermione, and all the others at the dance. I think the only reason he didn't make a move on her earlier then HBP was that he didn't want to loose his first friend his age and therefore hid his feels towards her as deep as he could. Of course, that's just hypothetically since he's a fictional character, still JKR WROTE Ginny for Harry so she would understand him all that much more better. One can't argue with the writer since she created the story and she's the one who owns it it so grow up and get a life; leave what's meant to be alone. I'm a big anime and manga fan so if you know of any good ones that you recommend, send them my way. Geheylan P.S. If you've recieved a review from me and have noticed that I tend to only give fairly good reviews, that's simple because if I don't like the story, I can't finish what's written. If I can't finish what's written, I won't write a review, hence it's a good thing if I give you a review. For those who are following my stories, The Werewolf's Bride and Naruto & Kai Kitsune, they are on hold for the foreseeable future as I've misplaced my notes on those stories. As for One Little Slip Of the Tongue, well I'm working on a story for my nieces and nephews that I'm hoping to finish soon. I'll update when I can but the other story is a bit more of a priority, that's all. |
