Amazing story, thank you for writing it

A great endpoint for the story. One wonders why other Kages didn't pick up on the wordplay that would allow Konoha (and allies) to bypass the restrictions on gun manufacturing, or change the wording to ban production in SIX great villages after Otogakure's inclusion to the big league.

Still, it was a nicely done epilogue. I would've LOVED to see more of this, but this ALMOST satisfied the need to see more of these characters.

Interesting idea but that is not how that skill works. It opens up a rift to a pocket realm that is tied to the eye. So not rift jumping

Oof... This is a story of misunderstanding... AND I LOVE IT! It's like a guy with social anxiety accidentally kills someone and heroes see him as a villain and he's too anxious to correct them so he tries to be the best villain ever and make it so when they finally beat him, he feels relieved.

Uh, Naruto's got a higher base line than DC. But DC hits far harder in the upper tiers. Upper tier Leaguers can easily outdo most shinobi - but Batman himself would get omgpwnt by any random Chunin. Having Batman suddenly be several times faster and stronger than the human norm effectively shattered any tentative immersion that might have had a hope of forming because it directly adds plot armor for a character who already suffers from an excess of it. To be clear - Lee is nowhere near human norm. Not unless you for some reason believe being thrown/punching through rock walls and brushing that off is normal.
