I can totally see the potential in this story. But after finishing the whole series, I don't think my mind can accept the naruto series with a back story so different from the original version. Had I read it during its updates, I think I could read the whole story without any bias.

While this is a decent amount unrealistic to the actual mental state of a child in this situation I will admit Naruto never made any sense and was never realistic in that sense in the first place.

I have to say I'm quite sad this story was dropped.

I hope nothing bad happened to the author. Aside from that if it was just dropped I would have liked it if he at least left a rough description of where he was going with the story and some characters he thought up.

For example the female raikage who was mentioned a few times in one chapter but never by name.

Her daughter who also had a biju and was apparently smitten with naruto when she saw him unconscious in the hospital.

More about his unique biju and their abilities as well.

Unfortunately it's been dropped for nearly 9 years and is more than doubtful it'll ever be finished or started back up.

Forgot theres also the fact that those close to him were aware of his trauma and didnt force him to deal with it before becoming a shinobi. With for jutsu likely being a common thing that he would encounter in a fight it's strange at best they left it be.

About to run out of chapters which is basically the norm with this and other sites like this. In this case it really sucks as this is actually a fairly good story.

One fairly big mistake depending on what happens next chapter though is the oil fire event about to happen.

It's clear theres about to be an issue with naruto facing his fear and mitoko being unable to get to him which left me stumped. The story hasn't really gone into here skills yet but at the very least showed she could make an earth wall.

Never mind other earth based jutsu, just making a tall enough wall with decent width at an angle and letting it fall over would be enough for her to have a path to zip over. The oil fire with so much oil that they still couldn't smell or notice it hiding including naruto isnt a good enough reason.

I'd also like to know just how far their fight traveled from where they were sleeping to get to a location where he could set up a large area trap with all that oil and get them in position that they would be trapped in the ring and separate meaning it covered a large area.

This chapters events are too forced. I havent even read past the opening but it's seriously blatant.

When they all ran out last chapter hinata was left behind still crying in the room.

Suddenly shes somehow left first, got her weapons and made it past the fire by the time the jonins, sannin, Kate made it to the fire. Someone among the higher levels should be able to sense where the attacks are coming from and even if slowed to the speed of tsume's partner it's an elite jonins bad ass hounds speed.

Even if she did actually leave first she would've been passed. Also that standing there and trying to have a conversation when being told someone's trying to kill him was ridiculous.

On top of that the kids beat everyone there and met up?...

The inoshikocho groups fathers left first and I doubt they wouldn't of headed in and instead hung back to play fire control not providing aid.
