Many says it's no different between Yaoi and ShounenAi but that's soooo wrong it's a big different actually (In most cases not always) the different is that Yaoi is/or can be a bit hardcore (that means more BOYxBOY actions) but ShounenAi is different (but not always) ShounenAi is softer and sometimes there could be no BoyxBoy actions in an anime/manga at all just that they are talking about it and maybe some kissing-scene but no naked scenes but if it is then they're probably not to long (and often Censored)

Shorter version: Yaoi/hardcore and ShounenAi/softcore if you know what I mean.

I hope the info is at least a little informative and I can recommend it to you because it's very often good plots to the stories (and very romantic makes your head spin ten laps)

YuGiOh freeaking GX: (it's the funniest ever and there's many Yaoi/ShounenAi fanfics on www.fanfiction.ws my favorite pairing is ZanexJaden/RyoxJudai Lighthouse is my personal favorite you can find it in my favorite stories-thing beneath) but unfortunally the anime YuGiOh GX (GX is short for "Generation X" for those that doesn't know) aren't even the tinyest bit of Yaoi nor ShounenAi "sobsob".

Naruto: awesome funny exciting long think never ending and theres no end to all fics with Naruto on this site more then 300,000 fanfics related to Naruto,
and ItaNaru, NaruAnko is some of the many different pairings that there is.

Bleach: seriously funny and theres a few ByaIch (Byakuya Kuchiki X Ichigo Kurosaki) (Seme X Uke the same on all the others I've mentioned here to) plus many other funny and Smutty fics.
