So loving the story overall. I will say you have a pacing issue with longer dialogue scenes though it reads more like an outline rather than a conversation.

The story was getting good then it got ridiculous.

I have played okami and beaten it several times. With low scoring and complete scoring of getting rid of the darkness. Including playing with no item or max out everything. I like okami its story is quite good.

These Engrish words are starting to get on my nerves. If you want a proper name for Fū, call her Mushi-hime. As for "Herufaia" meaning Hell's Fireball, hell no it doesn't. That literally is a romanization of "Hellfire", which sounds more like a ground based wall of fire, to me. You need to get someone to go over this for you, and pick out proper technique names, and the occasional nickname.

Of course, I'm still going to continue reading this, it hasn't bugged me enough that I'd abandon reading the story, just enough that I'd leave a review about it. I've enjoyed the story so far, barring the really jarring Engrish.
