Update

I've been absent for quite some time, this is mostly due to some rather unfortunate events in my life. The short version would be that a friend of mine died rather suddenly, not even a day later my grandfather was diagnosed with a malicious form of cancer. This happened during my internship while I handled the entire legal department by myself. It's safe to say I ended up rather stressed out soon after. After a struggle lasting about a year my grandfather finally passed away, we all had rather mixed feelings about it. Due to personal reasons I also severed ties with quite a few of my relatives and acquaintances. Following my grandfather's death, a rather Jerry Springer-like war for the inheritance started. That's all I feel like saying about it really.

Besides personal reasons I've pretty much buried myself in work. I took extra classes at school and during the final stages of my education I'll be helping out at school during information days etc. I get paid to go to school, go figure ;p

17-07-2011: Ladies and gentlemen, due to certain issues I haven't been able to type a single thing. My wrist-joint got messed up after an infection after contracting an injury during sports. Go figure, sports can be bad for ones health too. Because I lacked the ability to use one wrist, I've been stuck using the other which in turn ended up getting irritated due to over-use. Basically put, my doctor told me to quit typing entirely for a while. This also means my final thesis is late and I'll have to re-do it next semester. I can imagine spending a lot of time at home doing basically nothing may sound like a dream to some, but believe me without the usage of your wrists and therefore your hands things get boring really quickly :S

I'm not entirely sure what'll happen to my older fics. They've been put on hiatus for the time being. Unless I'm motivated I won't write anything worth posting anyway. I am however currently working on something new. I won't be posting it until the entire story is finished however, mostly due to the fact I don't feel like letting people down again.

So there you have it. I haven't disappeared, I've just been taking a very long break :3
