Author has written 119 stories for Fire Emblem, Last Story, Final Fantasy XIII, Xenoblade Chronicles X, Legend of Zelda, Xenoblade Chronicles, RWBY, Overwatch, Xenoblade Chronicles 2, and Last of Us. pronouns: they/she My Blog I have a blog now! You can come check it out for writing advice and nerdy stuff: jesswritingthings (dot) wordpress (dot) com I have an Archive of Our Own account: Cormag_Ravenstaff. I cross post most of my stuff there. Awesome People If you're not reading these writers' work, you're seriously missing out. These are people that I have consistently read for years and/or had a big impact on my style! Calix Machiavelli: Calix brings a level of detail and quality that I seldom see in fanfiction. There's a ton of adventure and suspense in their work that's always gotten me on the edge of my seat! COOKIECHEESEMAN: Cookie's got a flair of comedy that never fails to please. You want a laugh with a side of romance? Look no further. Hammershlag: One thing I admire about Hammer is his ambition. I highly recommend checking out his Fire Emblem story that combines every single game. Its a crazy project and I am in love with it. I3ori: If you're like me and you think the plot of RWBY is...underwhelming, then I think you'll find what you're looking for with I3ori. Their RWBY fics have a lot of imagination and impress me much more than the show. Mark-Kris Robin Lancer: Kris has something I've always been jealous of: passion. Their stories are rife with it and exude excitement. I think there's a lot all of us can learn from their work. seashellsally: I maintain that there is a right way to do a Self Insert story, and that's the way seashellsally does it. Seriously, it's so damn good. The Erudite: If you read my stuff, why aren't you reading his? We have very similar humor, tone and styles of writing. I guarantee that you'll enjoy any of his Fire Emblem stories. TheFreelancerSeal: There's nothing worse than an artist who doesn't get their due appreciation. Seal has terrific style and command over prose. There's a level of detail that I certainly envy in his work. Traive: If you've ever wanted to see a crossover done right, check out her work. Crossovers are HARD and Traive makes them look easy. 7/10/15 Remember Satoru Iwata "Maybe it'd be better if we just disappeared from the universe." |
