This was a very touching and heartwarming tale in the like as of a danganronpa fic I love called a smile for a smile, I'd recommend you read that sometime but this was a very nice fluffy kinda romance and being honest even though I'm a guy I kinda like these kinds of stories, if you decide to make a sequel at some point do let me know, I'd be glad to follow the adventures of ruby rose-fall and cinder fall-rose any time!

I kinda forgot a lot of the details, but to answer your questions:
I liked the ending, it wasn't rushed really, but concluded very quickly, which I guess is part of the point seeing as the remaining people from Cinder's old group and the WF didn't stand much of a chance, it was just tying up a major plot string.
Although I prefer to see more of Cinder's core personality preserved in Falling Petals shipping, I definitely think you did a good job (like the reasoning behind it) with your take on a Good Cinder.
