HOSPITAL NOTICE: I’ve been hospitalized since the night of August 7th and I just woke up this morning. My health is the lowest it’s ever been and it’s been like this for so long that I can’t really remember what it feels like for my body to feel… okay anymore. I’m not sure when I’ll be released after everything’s sorted out. Honestly, I’m not sure about anything right now, but I at least thought I’d put a note up in case this hiatus is incredibly long. If you’ve PMed or reviewed my stories in my absence, I will take the time to get back to you at a much later date, and I’m incredibly sorry for anyone who reads my stories. :'[ RL is such a bizarre bitch.

First and foremost, hello :)

Second, unfortunately I'm few in supply of cookies here, so I hope you'll accept the meaningless ramblings of a maniacal college student instead. I might give you a headache, though. You've been warned.

Being well acquainted with the villains in my nightmares gives me motivation to write, and it appears as if the ones occupying them are the longest imaginary friendships I’ve ever had. I’ve begun to realize that I’m farther into the depths of the wicked spectrum than the demons I often dream about, which makes them both tolerable and, dare I say, amusing. When I’m not writing on fanfiction, I work as a ghostwriter, and although it gets strange to write out stories for other people, the pay is quite nice now that I’ve garnered up enough experience for better wages—and exceptional clients. I occasionally edit manuscripts for other clients on the side, but I rarely accept those due to how tedious it can be (and because I’m relatively disturbed that I’m able to edit other people’s work far better than my own; you can tell by my poorly edited stories on this site). I do hope you don’t fault me for any of my early mistakes, or any of my old writings in general. They’re not very good. If you see a distinction between the styles of then versus now, that proves I’ve progressed. If you don’t, I’ve got my work cut out for me it seems. All I can do is keep trying.

PS: Updates are a rare breed; deadlines are nasty little things. I don’t update by what’s most reviewed, favored, or followed. I write what I have a taste for in that instant. Keep in mind that I’m also in college majoring as a design student aside from my job, so work and school always come first. Thanks to everyone who takes the time to read my fics, and replies to my reviews! You'd be amazed how many people don't even take the time to reply to reviews they receive, and if you're one of those people questioning why I've taken you off my alert list, that's generally the reason. I don't mind it if you don't receive PM's to begin with but for aanyone who does, I'm a firm believer in: If you've got time to log onto the site, upload a new chapter, and update it; ninety-eight percent of the time, you've got time to reply a quick response to your reviews, too.

PPS: All replies to guest reviews will be at the bottom of the next chapter posted if said guest reviewer has reviewed on a mutil-chap fic. :)
