Those of you are currently having trouble figuring out how to add archives to your communities then, first of all, create really easy one must I say. Then go to the story you want on your community then click the button that says actions on the bottom of the page click add to the community and pick the community you wish to add the story too and done.

Those of you who are unaware of Beta Connections. It's a simple, efficient manner of sending documents on the site. To make a connection, go to DocX on the left panel, choose connections, and you'll see a create connection button. write in the penname user-id profile URL, or email of the person you wish to connect you to. please note the other person must also create a connection with you for this to work. I suggest you PM them that you added them that they are on the pending list of your DocX connections list.

Here's how to send documents via this connection:

1. Go to Publish, on the left of the screen after you've signed in.
2. Below it, you'll find Doc Manager(Upload). CLICK ON IT.
3. It'll show you recently uploaded files, and below that, you can choose the file you want to upload by clicking on Choose File.
4. After choosing the file(the chapter you have saved), you can label it. Be aware, that whatever you name it has absolutely NO RELATION to the chapter's title.
5. Choose whether it's a Story or DocX. DocX is if you're planning on sending the file to a beta; Story is for publishing. [In this case, choose DocX]
6. Press Submit Document, and it should appear under your recently uploaded files above.
7. Once it's been successfully uploaded, go to DocX on the left and choose Outbox.
8. There, you can choose the recipient (click on it and you'll have the option of choosing that person and the document you wish the person to beta. Adding comments isn't necessary, but you can if you want.
9. Click Send-Document, and voila. You're done.

If this does not help you it's outdated, you aren't good with directions, or you are in the lowest 30% of human intelligence(which is the most unlikely)

I originally posted the stories so to give everyone ideas as well as myself but I don't see the point of having them up there if they are never going to be written.
