UPDATE

I am in the process of relocating to the East Coast, which will then herald my attempts to be 'Military Fit' enough to join the Army. (For anyone who is military you know what I mean about such a state being different then normal fit health wise.) which will curtail a lot of writing from me in the future. Especially during Basic and Schooling. Hopefully I'll have enough time to put up a warning when I do go MIA due to Boot Camp.

Colliding Worlds: On Hiatus. Due to the fact that as my waning interest in D. Grayman continues to decrease, my will to get back into this story is less and less each day. Add that the four or so chapters I had typed out awaiting internet to be fixed are now gone, that interest is even closer to nonexistent. I'm going to wait and see if hopefully the interest will come back before I give in and throw an abandon on it just yet.

Can You See What I See: Slowatus. I managed to recall the first part of the next chapter and rewrote it, and will slowly be working on it to get it rolling again. Hopefully by March, when Black/White comes out the drive to keep going and chug through the loss of the six chapters I had lost will be even better with new source material to play with.

Allspark and Magic: This story has gotten a bit of a chokehold on my inspiration and so is taking higher priority then my other stories here.

Thoughts on pairings: I'm an all around and very lax sort of shipper. I don't have any OTP's, though I do have preferences in what pairings I'll go for first. I believe more in OTPing Believabilty/In Charcterness then Character A/Character B. If a pairing is well written I can get behind it, though I will admit if I like a story enough I can ignore any pairing for pairing sake. This means I don't have any qualms in reading or writing Het, Slash, Femslash, Threesomes, Foursomes, etc. and will often times just give an answer of "orgy for everyone." if someone throws me into the middle of a shipping war.

Uke and Seme: I'll admit here and now that I absolutely abhor this mechanic in slash fanfiction. Mostly in the fact that a lot of the time I see people butcher a character's personality to make them fit the uke or seme role. Especially characters like Allen Walker of D. Gray-man who I can not see ever being a weepy little bottom for anyone considering his temper and the fact he was trained by General Cross of all people. So I refuse to have anyone be 'uke' or 'seme' in a slash relationship and if I ever make mention of topping and bottoming I'd probably poke fun at the sterotypes used to figure that out and have the unlikely results be the answer to that question.

Genderbending: I'll admit this is a guilty pleasure of mines, but I try not to use it as a crack device and instead like to see it in a believable way. I find the thought of seeing someone change gender and how they cope with it fascinating and wish fewer fics have this trope used as nothing more then to make a man into a hormonal and weepy girl that cuddles another canon male. Probably because that feels like a het version of the Uke and Seme trope.

Current Hobby: I'm already a slow writer, but I've also had time eaten by the fact I've started playing a lot of Lord of the Rings Online. Which is a really fun Free to Play MMORPG that follows alongside Frodo's tale. If anyone else here plays I'm on the Imladris server most of the time.
