I've been enjoying this story. It's witty, has warm and funny moments and has had enough action to give it spice. Then came the Sorting. You did something I've never seen before when the Hat got ticked off. Wonderful. I'm only skipping details for anyone who hasn't reached chapter 16 yet. Enjoy!

Interesting chapter and plot and idea

Holy crap,... I wasn't even 2 pages deep and I can't read this anymore. Harry isn't even that emotionally stunted in the books. Duo DEFINITELY isn't this stunted. You made the GOD OF DEATH Duo,... with one sentence,... a bitch.

Those were excellent noncommittal answers Draco offered. He never actually claimed he would back Voldemort, just let the implication/assumption hang there. Those kind of verbal gymnastics are part of why I agree Duo has got to be at least part-Slytherin. It's the only way to be able to keep his vow to not lie, such dexterous maneuvering.

Poor Heero. He really does suit Gryffindor, though not so much as dormmates. XD Maybe they can smuggle the others up to bespell the other's curtains? Can't bespell his own to silence things, that's bad for paranoia and alertness to potential hazards. Hopefully the daily grind will knock the others into actual decent going-to-bed hours soon...

I like how Wufei has enough awareness of mythical things to consider the owl might be more than just an annoying bird, but still is assuming that Duo trained a messenger bird just to contact him.

I can see it. If anyone can literally say "fuck physics"/"fuck the rules" and make it work, it's Heero. Pinnacle of human capability, no magic, doesn't need it. I'd bet they could even sneak him into Hogwarts, and no one would notice as long as they sneak about the few things that could tip them off. Theory easy enough, occasional practical by Glaring, and a lot of Badassery overwhelming any other concerns. Parkour on the Main Stairs, knocking people over by pitching a quaffle too hard, bodily tossing idiots around... XD

The power of Heero's Death Glare will convince anyone he's as magical as anyone, just Really Weird.

*giggles* I love seeing Trowa refer to the boys as a wolf-pack or a pride, etc. It suits them and him well.

Three Gundam pilots in one place, in public, during an international manhunt for them? Yeah I'm not surprised they ran in to trouble. Probably should have considered some of the many means of magical disguise before stepping out... (Duo did think to don his cap, after all.) Even just a few color-changing charms could cover a lot, altering their hair and clothes can go quite far for a casual glance.

Oh yeah, the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 thing is a pattern, no coincidence. It's not perfect, some of the connections are a bit wobbly, but it's there. Japan loves it's puns, so I'm really not surprised something like that ended up in at least one GUNDAM series. Especially one where there are so many references to simple number labels for the colonies and such. Though as far as I could tell in the series, no one actually called them "01", "02", etc. until OZ started to, when they only had a little information on any of them and thus needed placeholder-names to put on the files.

Pairings are unnecessary! If good ones crop up that's fine, but there's no need to push for them if something isn't coming up. Making lists of possible pairings might be useful to an author, though, as long as they don't try to force things.

It can be quite delightfully fun to tell nothing but truth and watch the reactions as people attempt to work through the mental gymnastics of combining "XXX doesn't lie" and "That's unbelievable". A bit frustrating, in cases like this given the reason why you might be bothering, but still a bit amusing to watch.
