Author has written 16 stories for Inuyasha, Naruto, and Harry Potter. Nothing much to say except I read a lot, sometimes over 4 books a day, though lately I've been to bust with other things, ergo the home front. I am mostly setting up this account to record and share links to my favorites, hope you enjoy them and my admittedly weird tastes. I absolutely love the ballad 'The Highwayman' and recently because of an awesome fic The Egyptian Highwayman by Draggy2 I found out it was in song form. It is one of the most haunting and beautiful things ever even if the beginning was really long. You can find it at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S2CFM4ev-g8 I would love any new suggestion on what is a good read. Oh, and for some reason once I upload any of my stuff I can't change it so if for some reason you find errors or the text is all bunched up sorry I can't do anything about it though I will try. Related to that issue is the last line in Lucky it is supposed to be: Gaara, not everyone is as lucky as you Life Lessons 1) There are real monsters in the world. But they aren’t always the people who hurt others. There are monsters who watch when people are being hurt and do nothing. Because they are scared, because they think it’s funny, or sometimes they just don’t care enough about the person to actually help. And guess what? It’s the easiest thing in the world to become a monster. 2) If someone hurts you in anyway, don’t let them get away with it. And don’t fucking hold it in and put on a brave face. If you feel angry then let that person know it! If it really hurts you don’t laugh it off, who are they to push you around? You don’t deserve that kind of treatment. Don't be afraid to want more, and don't ever think that you’re not worth respect, friendship or love 3) Don’t be afraid to reach out to people, it’s scary as hell but worth it. Don’t spend so much time in your head that you forget there could be someone out there for you. Speak up, words are powerful but they’re worthless if you choice not to use them. |
