You failed to make clear how you stopped Barty Crouch Jr. from entering Harry's name. I would suggest that along with getting everyone in Hogwarts agreeing to NOT enter.
You need Harry to ask Dobby (being invisible) to watch over the Cup to "snatch" anybody's entry that was not from one of the other two schools out of the air as they dropped it in.

As long as you used some explanation for Crouch Jr.'s failure to enter Harry's name to satisfy Voldemort. (Hopefully, he gets in BIG trouble with his Master.) The story would work.

I love the idea of a school-wide boycott of the tournament in favor of Quidditch and I love that Hermione is the one to organize it in an attempt to save Harry's life, but unless you can account for Barty Crouch Jr., the person who actually put Harry's name in the Goblet, and neutralize his involvement, it doesn't matter if the whole of Hogwarts decides not to participate. Harry's name would still come out of the Goblet and the whole school would either turn on him (and Hermione for effectively leaving no competition from Hogwarts for Harry) or they'd call for an investigation into how Harry's name came out of the Goblet when no student from Hogwarts entered him into it.

yeah, i totally agree, harry didn't even really seem to care that much when quidditch was cancelled and i thought that it would be a bigger deal? it was really skimmed over and i can see the team doing something like this hey desperate times call for desperate measures! well done :)
