BOO!!

Didn’t mean to scare ya!

I’ve been devouring books since I found out that there were other worlds I could visit. There have been so many worlds I have returned to again and again, and have become parts of my heart. My hope, with my stories, is that they can touch people too. Maybe not as deeply as the worlds that have become so dear to me, but if they can touch you even a little bit, I’ve done my job!

I read mostly slash/yaoi pairings in fanfiction. Once I get attached to a pairing, I’m hooked for life, and I’ll usually suck up as many of the fanficcies as I can. That’s why I don’t have a lot of fandoms I subscribe to, but I am deeply entrenched in the ones that I do. My favorites are:

For those of you waiting for the next part of The Flavor of Laughter. I have not forgotten about it, nor abandoned my project. I apologize for the delay, but I had to. I am working on a major re-write of a lot of the second act, making it bigger and better and all that it can be! I have a lovely beta over on Livejournal who has been in the ST fandom since forever, she's a glorious writer in her own right, and she's helping me fix some of the major problems I was having with what I was doing. She OFFERED to beta, which just blows my mind, and I am unbelievably grateful for her help!!!

So just know that it is COMING, and I will be able to start posting chapters sometime soon. And know that the changes I've already made are phenomenal, and I hope you guys LOVE what I've done with it -- I do :D

Update: 08/05/10

I have been updating on a regular basis for several chapters now, and while it might not always be once a week, there will no longer be any extended gaps in posting. I've just, due to the rewrite, lost all my backlog of pre-finished chapters and am working on the chapters as I post them now.

Update 4/13/2011

I am not dead :) I continue to write whenever I get the opportunity (with The Flavor of Laughter always my priority) but I am now going to school full time, and so finding a free moment to write is rather difficult. BUT I assure you that I have NOT (nor ever will) stop writing Flavor until it's done.
