It's been a long time since I read this series, and rereading it proved just as good as the first time. Sakura's journey, the emotions, the family bonds and the complexity of the politics and everything else just ties in together so well. The romance is well paced, and I was cheering it on right from the get-go.

Kiba, Shino and Akamaru are fantastic to read, and their dynamics with Sakura (and everyone else) are just so perfectly done I smile and giggle during each and every chapter. The grief and pain and angst from certain chapters are superbly done, and you show the characters pain, not just say it. In their actions, their thoughts, and the entire scene is just built to show how much pain the characters are in.

This series is fantastic, and finished or not, I thoroughly enjoy reading it every now and then. You have done a job that is beyond well, beyond marvelous, beyond superb. You're originality as you built upon what already exists is absolutely fantastic, and you should be beyond proud of what you've accomplished. Well done!

Wish you would’ve included Sakura meetings her granddad during the exams. Still don’t get why it ended so weirdly.

I'm sorry that this wasn't finished, but I really enjoyed what's been posted of the sequel, and I hope that, time and interest allowing, you'll consider returning to finish this. Team 8 as a sabotage squad fits them so well, and I really enjoyed seeing Sakura interact with her family. I also really hope that Sakura and Choujuurou end up together; you wrote them so cutely.
