I'm half Japanese and a mommy of a 2 year old chihuahua. I'm not so much of a fan of the actual actors in Twilight, but have fallen in love with the characters in Stephenie Meyer's Twilight Saga books, namely Edward Cullen.

English is my second language. I'm working on improving my writing skills, but it doesn't happen overnight.

I live in Tokyo. I have lived in the UK and the US. I love to travel and love finding great restaurants. I'm a Foodie. I also love to shop. :p My favorite vacation spots are New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, LA, London, Vegas, and Hawaii.

The two stories that got me hooked to this fanfiction site were Mr. Horrible and Clipped Wings and Inked Armor. I was amazed by their writing and would have paid to purchase those stories if they were retailed.

My bestfriend was the one who gave me the push I needed to write my first fanfiction. I had never written a story in my whole life. The other day my bestfriend and I were sipping Godiva's chocolaxir Milk Chocolate Decadence in Harajuku, she told me that she thought I modeled Alice after myself. The Alice I have portrayed in my story, Amor Vincit Omnia, is exactly how I perceived her from the Twilight saga books, but my bestfriend swears by it that Alice is me. So I guess that's a little tid bit about me.

I enjoy reading many of the Twilight based fictions on here. I like the fictions that are realistic which is why I don't usually read stories that Bella or Edward cheated on each other, and got back together quickly. It's never that simple. I like stories that just by reading it, I know the author knows what he/she is writing about, or has thoroughly researched the topic. There's no excuse in blaming it on fiction for being too lazy to do the research. As readers we invest our time in reading the story, I expect the author to respect our interest and invest time in doing the research. There are plenty of info on the web. As a writer, because I'm a reader as well, I do my research thoroughly. There are way too many great stories on here that the author hasn't taken the time to run it through a spell checker. It's sad, really. It's hard to enjoy a great story when your mind keeps editing the story while you are reading it because of the spelling mistakes that could've been avoided simply by proof reading it or running it through a spell checker.
