Sighs*

As much as I want to update my stories, I can't! The ideas just come in shards, never full chapters. I've got scenes at the middle, at the end. But not enough to form chapters.

And frustratingly enough, my story "If Luck Had A Name" is about TomoKai. And yet-- and yet-- all I could type about is the Ryoma and Sakuno's sidestory!! So, it really will take quite a while before I'm able to update the stories. :(

PROFILE/BIO

So, 10 years in . Ten years ago I was a twelve year old who thought that Ryoma and Sakuno would be cute together. Haha. So, is my secret guilty SUPER GUILTY, SUPER SECRET pleasure. (None of my friends know I write in . HAHA) I am not an aspiring writer, maybe frustrated? I have my Bachelor's already and now in my Master's. I write as a creative and emotional release, about what I feel and how I think things should be.

Most of my stories are about romance and friendship; of impossibilities, of contradictions. As much as possible, I limit my writing. I have to focus on my degree. Which is why my stories are usually either unfinished or are oneshots.

When I write about the characters falling in love, I make them seem like they're soulmates. That no matter where life takes them, they always find their way to each other. My love is not mere attraction. It is also support, understanding, passion, hurt, sacrifice, and everything else. Being together is a choice. It is not an instant accompaniment of love. Which is why the characters don't end up together at times even though they seem perfect together. I love writing the break-your-heart vibe stories. Bittersweet. True.

I take into account the ages of the characters and mature them accordingly. I create a whole universe in my head. What you read is just part of their history. I've thought far into their part-time work, their friends aboard, their aspirations, and their past and future encounters.

So, basically, what I write is my ideal. It's what I myself would want to read. I want mature characters, emotional characters, real people in real life (plausible) setting. I am also an advocate for gender equality. And thus try to paint the characters with their own struggles, beliefs, ideals. I want Ryoma to support Sakuno, not be her knight in shinning armor. I want Ryoma to see her as an equal. And I want Sakuno to work hard to prove she is. And if you're following BWSS, you'll be seeing that in the later chapters.
