I don't think you understand the implications of calling someone a mudblood. It's like the 'N' word. It's racist, because she's being discriminated against and denied dignity cause of her birth. It's NOT okay to be racist one second and not the next. It's not a simple case of insulting someone.

I'm really surprised that she actually felt nothing after he said all that to her. That she doesn't care about her self respect and the respect of an entire section of the magical population and simply wants his attention again.

This sucks. I was REALLY enjoying the story up to this point. And I just can't believe the blasé manner in which you've dealt with racism(in the magical world).

A cute story! The ending felt slightly abrupt but it was a fun read.

The Hermione I now wouldn't do that. She might even spend the whole school year ignoring him, not catching his attention.
