This is my first attempt at a P&P variation, be gentle! :) Essentially it is opposite day in this story - as we imagine what might have happened if Elizabeth Bennet was rich and eligible and Darcy was not.

This is a continuation of our favorite novel. Elizabeth and Darcy have been married for a few years but still struggle as they attempt to become partners in life.

Darcy and Elizabeth find it troubling being back in Hertfordshire for the first time after their marriage. A traditional Pride and Prejudice story written a few years ago.

The Darcy siblings suffer from feelings of guilt and shame after the events of Ramsgate. When an invitation arrives from Mr. Bingley requesting them to accompany him to Hertfordshire, they accept in the hope that Netherfield can offer them the respite they so desperately crave. After Georgiana befriends the lively Elizabeth Bennet of Longbourn, their lives are irrevocably altered.

What would have happened if the second meeting between Elizabeth and Mr. Wickham was altered by Elizabeth gaining information that was not colored by her prejudice against Mr. Darcy? How would Elizabeth have gotten that information? A plot twist and a deeper look into the original story- most particularly the servant world.

As it is 10 year anniversary of 2005 rendition of Pride & Prejudice, I tried to capture the thoughts of Mr. Darcy as it was shown in the film. Please note that it is not entirely in keeping with the book. And a bit of fluff.

Shamelessly conceived after reading CheshireSorrow's Liberties Taken (May I suggest you read it). Warning, it is a little risqué for 1813. Mr Darcy finds himself in a rather sticky situation during the Meryton Assembly. Not yet introduced to Miss Bennet, they find themselves compromised and made to marry. And so the fun begins. Mr Bennet intended to father a son, and the P&P story hinges on the fact that he did not. How might life have been different if Elizabeth Bennet DID have a brother? This tale is regency set, but my knowledge of the period comes from the glimpses Jane Austen has provided in her work. I have filled the gaps with my own imagination, so I cannot vouch for its historical accuracy!

Dr. Bennet, Lady Catherine's personal physician, has brought his family to live in the shadow of Rosings park to benefit from the attentions of his patroness. Headstrong Elizabeth seems to thwart the great lady at every turn, but for the sake of Anne, Elizabeth is forgiven–until she refuses to turn her back on Mr. Darcy.

An alternate tale of a classic love story had the protagonists' characters and circumstances been a little different.

Darcy does not accompany Bingley to Netherfield. Therefore, he does not meet Elizabeth until his first trip to Rosings, resulting in some major changes to the way their relationship develops.

When Elizabeth and the Gardiners visit Pemberley a year early, a bond of friendship and sisterly love forms between Elizabeth and Georgiana. The repercussions of this meeting change completely the way Elizabeth and Darcy interact once they finally meet.

Reg/AU. A story in which the rumors of Mr. Bingley's five sisters are true, and this changes everything and nothing all at once. Blackmail plots, compromise, scandal, romance, OCs, and an extremely loveable (but in character!) Mr. Collins. That's right, I said it.

With a terrible loss in her life, and a continual reminder of it staring her in the face, Elizabeth is befriended by a kind stranger who vows to help set everything right.

New life after the wedding has begun and Elizabeth wants to see everyone as happy and well off as she is. Her playfulness seems to be a welcome change to both Darcy and his sister but there still seems to be something troubling The Miss Darcy.

Darcy is interested in Elizabeth Bennet even though he knows he shouldn't be, yet why she is spending more time with someone else, someone named Bingley? Modern P and P,with a new Character, lots of plot twists and one very jealous Darcy. Complete!

The focus is Caroline Bingley from the time Charles is swept away from Netherfield to when the eldest Bennet sisters receive their proposals. There's a lot of thinking to be done and a lot of coming to terms.

What if Darcy overhears the proposal from Mr. Collins, but not the refusal? It sparks the much-needed spark to get the love story underway. If after all this they still don't get together, will tears in heaven help them?
