Who likes Reading- shocker I know!

I'm a big Jane Austen fan, Terry Pratchett, Douglas Adam, Harry Potter.Bill Watterson. Jasper Fforde. George Elliot. Basically a little bit of everything. I've started to read a lot of plays, Ionesco, Brecht, Pinter, Wilde, Willy Russel etc

Have recently become a big film fan watching a lot of the classics and musicals. Favourites include Casablanca (who doesn't like this film?), High Society, My Fair Lady lots of Audrey Hepburns, When Harry Met Sally and many many more.

AHHH! Where did that time go? I cannot believe how long it has been since I wrote or updated or anything. Hopefully all is about to change and I am so sorry it has been so long.

My stories

I wont Dance: just a song that has always reminded me of what Darcy could be thinking at the begginning of the book.

Green eyed monster: not brilliant to begin with but I'm hoping that the more I write the better it'll get. P and P but adding in an extra character and lots of plot twists. Won't include the Bennets as much probably but I wanted to see how Lizzie would react to a new male character that she actually likes instead of just Darcy. Also really wanted to explore the idea of a jealous Darcy. Possible rewrite sometime in the future.

In the end A sad little one shot that I just needed to write. It was very therapeutic.

Belonging: A more personal look at our favourite Austen Heroine. Elizabeth Gardiner an orphan four times over at the death of her adoptive and real parents goes in search of something. What, it's difficult to say. That's part of the journey
