This is still one of my favourite stories based on P & P. I’ve found myself reading it at least once a month, thankyou for writing such an entertaining story!

Where do I begin with this?
I am continually on the hunt for good P&P fanfiction that is still set in Regency times. I usually work off of favorited stories of authors that I liked reading. I had seen "Kidnapped" on a number of these lists, and just finally had some time to enjoy it. And enjoy it I did!
Your story is so well written! I loved all the layers going on between the kidnapping, uncovering the identities and motives of the unsavory characters involved, as well as the multiple love stories trying to take root and nuture to life!
I am a huge fan of Colonel Fitzwilliam, and I absolutely adore how you have written him here. I also love that it seems he may be getting his well deserved happy ending with Charlotte!

Watching Mr. Bennet attack the dandelions was amusing. Truly. And Elizabeth's "rationale" was amusing, too, if not a little self-serving. Darcy was not so amused, but he appreciated the effort, even so, apparently.

This is quite extraordinary and wonderful. I'm very sorry to hear people have previously been unkind to you about it in any way as I think it's a lovely and clever interpretation of how they might react when faced with extraordinary circumstances! And I'm glad that Charlotte and Richard finally got their HEA too. I like it so much I read it in a single sitting and have yawned my way all through my workday but not at all regretted my lost sleep ;)

A coward, I always knew he was a coward and being a gambler too! Blah! I like the interaction between Charlotte and Richard, now I have a new ship! Charlotte is like Elizabeth in a way smart, beautiful just not as feisty as Lizzie. I wonder what would happen to Mr. Collins...
