   katbird1 chapter 64 . 18h That was a lovely story. I appreciate that the people were mostly in-character, even in times when things went so very differently. Very few writers do such a good job at catching the true essence of a character and being able to make valid changes to their personalities when dictated by the events of the story. I enjoyed how things turned out. I appreciate the happy endings because I feel it keeps with the spirit of the the book but it was well-balanced with drama and heartbreak along the way and the characters whose hearts were truly vile and could not find redemption got what they deserved. |
