I'm confused by Elizabeth's and georgianas travel in this chapter. Hertfordshire is north of London - why would they travel south to London only to go back north to Derbyshire the next day? Also, 'okay' did not come into usage until the late 1800's.

I got as far as chapter 21, but do not think I can finish this story. I have read plenty of stories where Darcy is high handed and arrogant,but he is especially unpleasant in this story.

I was enjoying your story, despite how horrible Darcy is presented here. He may love his sister, but he's not a nice man. He's not just arrogant, conceited and disdainful, he's cruel. But the story lost all luster once I got to the chapter where he abused Elizabeth abominably to her face. The idea that Lizzie would forgive such behavior is unfathomable. No self respecting woman would be willing to wipe the slate clean after his many instances of reprehensible conduct. Regardless, I tried to finish the story. But eventually I could no longer take Lizzie's foolishness.

I really enjoyed reading your story and was sad to have so little time to not reach the end faster.
I believe you have a clever plothow would things have worked out if Jane Bennett had not been in Hertfordshire when Bingley was there. You managed to include the usual scenes, portray well the emotions of your characters and ended up with a delightful tale.
