Notes: I used to be an anime/manga/videogame fan to the extreme. Now my obsession is only moderate. Work takes up most of my time. I hate ignorance. I believe in the freedom of choice, but at the same time I believe in fate. Contradictory, no? It's a slightly twisted outlook, but hey, it's mine. I think tact is pivotal to any relationship, has been replaced with tiresome political correctness, and is almost nonexistent in the general population. Insert sigh here.

I use fanfiction to express a lot of my own personal beliefs, ideas, etc. It's why I write, so sorry if I accidentally step on anyone's toes in my awkwardness to get them out there. I don't mean to be offensive, I really don't! I apologize in advance. Now that all that is clear, you can't flame me if I am offensive. Only rational, level-headed responses, please. Thanks so much!

Thanks for reading my profile and taking an interest in me. Thanks all around! Ack, I'm gushing aren't I? Sorry. Oh, dear. Now I'm starting to ramble... heh heh ? I will end this by offering you one heck of a brain buster: If a tree falls in the forest...no, wait. That one's lame. Hmmmm. Okay! I've got one! What defines a person? Is it the way they act? How they respond to a situation? Is it their place in society? How they see others? How others see them? And also, taking into consideration the fore-mentioned question,what is meant when it is said that a person has changed? What differences result in the change in personality?

Ponder that for awhile. Then take a little pain reliever to get rid of that headache you're sure to get and call me in the morning.

Update: I'm working on Courting, contemplating dropping Rising, abandoning Dealing, taking 16 hours at college, trying to write my own book, and looking for a job to pay for it all. And all I want for Christmas is the time to do it all. Oh well.

As much as I hate writing meaningless fluff (I'd rather write something meaningful), it seems the only thing I can make time for. I swear that I'm going to have a mouth full of cavities from all this sugary sweet goodness. Expect more oneshots and a longer wait for chapters. Sorry to my avid readers, if I have any. Maybe this little update will convince you that I haven't died or anything. If you have a problem with my dropping any of my stories, please send me a PM and I won't drop it. Well, I think that's about it.

Update: I'm not going to abandon Dealing. I fell in love with the HieiBotan pairing all over again. And this time I'm more mature as a writer and can actually write a fic that does them justice. I'll be working on that for a while, so please don't expect Rising to be updated anytime soon. The last chapter needs some major revision anyway. I'm definitely going to write a better, longer version.

Update: I'm on Hiatus! Yay!? Sorry, all my awesome readers. If you see a new fic that you like or one of the fics you like has been updated, feel lucky. My muse hit me over the head repeatedly with a stinking red herring until I wrote the fic/update. More will come this summer, but slowly. Ever so slowly.

Update: Why do all my crazy fics start with "W?" This fic is something I stumbled across in my old files. Nothing new yet. Pray to your god(s) (or if you're an atheist/agnostic just hope really loudly) and maybe I'll update something. If I can ever get all my homework done. The picture I'm using for my avatar is my own creation. Please ask before you use it for anything (not that you would want to anyway, but yes, ask first).

Update: My degree is super taxing and I don't think there will be any updates for a while. You should all probably give up on me until that wonderful day of my graduation where I will rise from the dead and once again take my place among the living. On another note, thanks go to BeyondxHatred for pointing out that my favorite song is NOT "Help Me Get Down" by The Killers and is IN FACT "Why Do I Keep Counting?" by The Killers. I don't know what I was thinking when I put that there. Actually, I think I do... I think that was before I looked up all the song names and I didn't actually know the name, so I used what I thought it would be and forgot to change it after I looked it up. Heh. I'm a little embarrassed that I didn't know the name of my favorite song, but what can I say? I like what I like and the names just seem to get lost. I apologize for any confusion. Sadly, my favorite song has changed since then. It's now a tie between three. Check it out if you're interested.

Update: Don't expect anything from me at any time. In effect, I no longer exist on this site. I continue to write, but the fanfics are few and far between. Consider every story of mine that is not already complete as on hiatus.

Update: And so ends the Naruto series. Happy 700th! I never liked Kishimoto-sensei's direction in the later part of Naruto, but I suppose that is his prerogative as the manga-ka. As a result, I've lost interest in the series entirely. I've abandoned all my incomplete Naruto fics. Apologies to those who wanted more chapters. If you're very upset, ask me for a fic in another manga or anime, but I refuse to write any more Naruto fics.
