Author has written 8 stories for Cowboy Bebop, and Final Fantasy VII. First off, I am slow. Yes, I'm sort of like the tortoise except if he had a really bad limp and had to drag one of his legs while carrying another tortoise. Yeah, a broken tortoise. Writing is sort of my way of keeping sane as I believe Graycie Harmon had it right when she said, "Being an author is like being in charge of your own personal insane asylum." Being an author is like sharing your mind and body with hundreds of other people. There's the voices of your characters echoing in your head and sometimes they become so real you find yourself asking them questions about what they want rather than you actually creating them. The only way to remove one of the voices in my head is to put it on paper, and then there's just a little more room, but only for a little while as there are new voices sprouting at all times. The real facts are: I've taught three years of art and assisted in tennis. I officially resigned from teaching and am now unemployed. I'm owned by a miniature australian shepherd. She walks me every evening while dreaming of training me into a frisbee dog frisbee thrower. I'm flypaper for trouble, and that means I tend to find myself in interesting predicaments. That's really all you need to know. Oh, and I've recently accepted my role as future crazy cat lady. January 12, 2012 I've added another short story to the list. It got quite out of hand as it wasn't supposed to be the length it is now, but it just sort of wrote itself, which was rather nice considering the depression I've been in has left me with little to no desire to write. I wouldn't say I'm surfacing yet, but at least I can breathe at the moment. I have to admit it was nice to write some complete silliness. I suggest you check it out for a few snorts and giggles, wait, that's just me? Well, I'm glad I could at least entertain myself. Oh and life sucks. |
