![]() Author has written 21 stories for Transformers/Beast Wars, Thunderbirds, Dragon Ball Z, Doctor Who, V for Vendetta, Ninja Turtles, Coronation Street, Treasure Planet, Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, and DarkWing Duck. pen name: Corona 1 real name: Amy Age: 27 where i live: North East England. You can tell by my accent. stronger than I first thought. Nationality: British, English, what ever you wanna call it. Favourite past times: drawing, writing stories (obviously), rocking out with mates, listening (singing along to) music, reading, generally larking about. fave shows (in no particular order): Transformers and Doctor Who (they go on the same level), Dragonball Z, Biker Mice from Mars, Wire in the Blood, Primeval, Afterlife. fave movies: V for Vendetta (i watched it about five times in one day, gets me everytime), Transformers (1980's and 2007), Avengers (who doesn't?), most studio ghibli, many disney, many musicals, star wars, indiana jones, practically anything that isnt too chick-flicky, to girly or too gory. I absolutely hate horrors, especially the really gory ones (which they all seem to be. They're not horrors, people! They're gore-fests!) I've also just become a fan or The Chronicles of Riddick. Thanks bro! fave music: anything i can dance and sing to as long as it has a good beat, melody and is not too heavy on the bass. mainly rock music- Metallica, Black Sabbath, Rammstein, Evanescence, Night Wish, Bon Jovi, that sort of thing, but i don't mind retro tunes, either. Can't stand dance music, especially when they ruin the classics. I hear them all the time. Fave characters: Gotta love the Lambo Twins, and Ratchet. Jazz and Blaster are my other two, from the Autobots anyway. like some of the D'cons, too- Rumble and Frenzy are pretty funny, in my opinion. no one has to agree with me =). Also, and this should be very obvious, The Doctor. Especially Tennant! V, from V for Vendetta. Come on, lasses, you have to admit, a man in a mask is just so alluring. The whole Mystery thing. well, it is for me. I love Dr Tony Hill, too. I absolutely adore him. (For anyone who doesnt know, thats the name of the Criminal Psychologist in Wire in the Blood.) I have so many favourite characters that I could go on forever. And I don't think we quite have that long. =) favourite move/ TV scenes: V for Vendetta: when V 'fights' with the suit of armour. I think it's hilarous and so adorably cute. Transformers: (2007) Ratchet egging Ironhide on when he asks if he can 'terminate the parents'. So funny! Transformers (1980's): many scenes, i don't really have a favourite. TV: Doctor Who: so many that I can't name them all! weeeellll, alright. one scene in Doomsday where the Doctor confronts the Cult of Skaro. It always gets me. Quote: "The only thing a Dalek CAN'T do- touch. The thing's inside the casing, never feeling anything. Ever. From birth to death locked away in a cold metal cage, completely alone. That explains your voice. No wonder you scream." and many, many more. Watch this space, I'll update them as I remember them. style of writing: as any of you who have read my stories will know, i tend to write stories based on my own characters, usually female. In a way, I tend to write myself into the story, under another persona, but not in a Mary Sue-ish way. It helps me to keep the story emotive, if you will. I usually act them out in my mind before I write them, just to see how they flow and where they need changing. Hopefully I'm not the only one who does that. Also, as many will have noticed by now, many of my stories centre around my original Time Lady character- The Professor. The story behind her is this: I was watching one of the many brilliant episodes of Doctor Who and then went on to watch Transformers, etc. , and I thought about how it could all be intertwined. However, instead of using the character of the Doctor, and possibly causing a complete uproar for not keeping true to his character, I decided to create my own character to remedy this fact. And thus, the Professor was born. Look out for her in the universes of Transformers, TMNT and, of course, Dragonball Z, and possibly others, I haven't decided yet. I've found she fits quite snuggly in all of them. Hopefully you think so too. Professor's Profile Name: unknown Alias: Rae Columbus, though sometimes goes by the name Rachel. She was going to call herself Christine Columbus, but thought it was far too cheesy (not to mention she likes the name Rae.) Age: 900 (she is three years younger than the Doctor) Planet of Origin: Gallifrey Race: Time Lord Regenerations and reasons for them: 1st Professor- bright red long hair, brown eyed. First and only one to wear a skirt suit. She's very quirky, but has a temper on her. She speaks with a very broad English accent. Very family orientated, as she is married with a son. She was returning from a scouting mission when she received word the Moment was upon them. Her TARDIS hadn't fully materialised from the vortex and was pushed back into it, taking heavy damage as it did. She was injured in the event, and was forced to regenerate. 2nd: Brown hair, reaching half way down her shoulder blades, bright blue eyes, wears blue jeans, cream shirt with brown pin-stripes, brown tank top over that and brown trainers. Wears a long black leather trench coat. Not as quirky as her first regeneration. In fact, she's happy-go-lucky: everything she had has been destroyed due to the war. She can shout when she wants to, but doesn't very often. After helping the Autobots destroy Megatron's new sonic emitter, she was shot by Megatron as revenge. Though she managed to jump out of the way, she was still very badly injured. 3rd: Blonde shoulder length hair, bright deep green eyes, wears same as second regeneration, though changes her clothing from time to time. Wears hip length leather jacket, but changes to a long black cotton coat. Very hyperactive with a penchant for needing to get things done. She gets angry easier than her last form, but is very quick to change her mood. When alone, she thinks too much about what she has lost. The only regeneration who allows herself to cry over her loss (except for when it happened). She helped the Z Warriors stop a new menace named Dagon. However, using the last of his energy, Dagon shot a chi blast at the Professor, infecting her with the virus like spores he was made from. The energy of her Regeneration wiped them out of her body. 4th: Deep brown-red hair reaching the bottom of her shoulder blades, golden eyes, slightly tanned. A little taller than her last regenerations. Wears black trousers with cream trainers and white blouse under a black waist coat. Swaps her black trench coat for a deep purple dress coat. Much calmer than her previous forms, though she has her quirky moments. She speaks with a deep, calming, softly feminine voice, one which sounds deadly when she's angry. Thinks things through before she acts, whereas the other regenerations tended to act first, think later (with the exception of the 2nd Professor, who sometimes thinks things through). This Professor is not an introvert, but she's not exactly an extrovert either. She tends to be quiet, thinking and reading things through more than the others, until something sets her passions high. At this point, she acts quickly, sometimes ferociously when others are threatened. The Professor said that her husband had the task of ending the war, but it was in fact her 'brother'. The grief she felt caused her to forget this small fact, or maybe she knew and simply didn't want to come to terms with it? Family: A husband and a son. She also has who she classes as a brother- the Doctor, whom she believes has been killed during the Time War, only to be finally reunited with him in her fourth Regeneration. They are very close and have been since the Academy. He is her son's godfather and uncle as she is his daughter's and grandaughter's godmother and aunt. Other than that, not much else is known about her family. |
