It’s been a long time… How have you been?

I'm not dead, just horrendously busy. Case in point, since the last time you heard from me I've

1) Gotten a new job

2) Bought a house

3) Logged 8000 air miles for said job

4) been working waaaayyy too much

Much is going on and much more is about to happen. You know, the usual stories of Life and the like. I wish I could devote more time to writing but alas, it doesn’t pay the bills so one must do what they must.

The Headmaster

Probably one of the bigger changes is in regards to the ‘Merging’ magic. I’ve renamed it to Coetus, but still often refer to the act as ‘merging’ or linking. It’s explained in the story proper and hopefully there’s not much confusion regarding this. Probably will be but meh, I suppose. Shall do my best to answer any questions. A pain though it may be, re-reading the story will definitely straighten out any confusion on this aspect anyway.

On the flip side - the revision process (which is mega-hard by the way and part of the reason I took so long to update) generated an additional chapter-ish out of what was originally posted. While it make look like I've just posted 2 new chapters, you can really think about it as 1.5
