![]() Author has written 4 stories for Harry Potter, Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Hetalia - Axis Powers, and Pokémon. Hi everyone, Storm here! All important announcements will go in this top section here. May 26, 2020 Hi again. It's been four years since I last touched this account. A huge thanks to anyone who favorited and followed my two stories, and a huge apology as well: I will be discontinuing Magic Isn't Just for Wizards Anymore and putting To Stop a War on indefinite hiatus because I'm rather unsatisfied with them both. The former seems unsalvageable to me and I went into both with no plan beyond a vague idea. Perhaps I'll come back to To Stop a War, but not unless I prewrite the entire thing or learn to commit to a writing schedule. For now, I'm working on a historical Hetalia fic, but primarily for my own pleasure. One day I may post it, but only if it's complete. Again, thanks for sticking with me if you're still here. I don't deserve your love, but I appreciate your support nonetheless. See ya... eventually. Jesus had no servants, yet they called him Master... He had no degree, yet they called him Teacher... He had no medicine, yet they called him Healer... He had no army, yet kings feared him... He won no military battles, yet he conquered the world... He committed no crime, yet they crucified Him... He was buried in a tomb, yet He lives today Feel honoured to serve such a leader who loves us... If you believe in the triune God, Father, Son, and Holy Ghost then copy and paste this in your profile If you ignore him, in the Holy Bible, Jesus says... "If you deny me before man, I will deny you before my Father in Heaven..." I love to write, especially fanfictions, but I take a very long time to update. Sometimes I'll binge write a chapter or two and then leave it alone for a month. So if you like my stories, please bear with me and my slow updating. The only thing I dislike writing or reading is romance. I get really annoyed whenever people just ship their two favorite characters together for no reason at all. I will never write a romance story. Period. This is not meant to offend any romance writers or fans. And I know there are good romance stories out there - when my friends recommend a story, I always give it a try, and more than a few were romance - but there will never be any romance in any of my stories. I'm actually okay with OCs. The problem with most of the OCs I read about is that they're too unrealistic. They're overpowered, or underpowered, or given some weird ability that makes no sense at all. Many of my possible stories will contain OCs, but I promise I will try my best to make them as believable as possible! Note to all the readers out there: Review, review, review! Some people treat reviews as a measure of popularity, but really they're not. Reviews are a way for writers to know how they're writing. For example, I want to try my hand at a story written in first person. I'm primarily a third person writer, so I would like to improve my first person writing skills. So I need to know how I'm doing, and how I should improve. This is the advantage of fanfictions, everyone: with every chapter, you can get a review of the chapter. What worked? What needs to be changed? Is there a running trend of mistakes? This is how both the author and reader can improve at writing, the author by altering how they write and the reader by basically proofreading for the author. So please, review! I'll even give you a template: One thing I think you did well was _. One thing I noticed/think you should change/need to improve is _. [Optional] One thing I liked about this particular chapter is _. See, simple! So go out there and help the authors! By the way, reviews are like candy for me (and I assume most other authors too). They're like treats that motivate us as a side effect. The longer the review, the sweeter the candy becomes. If the review has a suggestion, a "something you did well", or a "something I think you should do", it's like candy on ice cream (I love ice cream.) It's those reviews (ice cream...?) that really make me happy and motivated. So do a favor for all the authors whose stories you're reading, and leave some thoughts! I have an account on another website where I also post stories under the name SilverRyu. Stories I also have posted under SilverRyu are listed here (so I won't get accused of plagiarism): Stories I'm currently working on: Magic Isn't Just for Wizards Anymore - HP/APH crossover. Italy and Romano go to Hogwarts to keep an eye on Harry Potter for England. To Stop a War - PJO/APH crossover. War has been declared between the gods and the nations. Hera puts into motion another risky plan to stop it. (Possible) Future Stories 50 States (title will probably change) - Hetalia - Sophie is a fourteen-year old girl who was orphaned two years ago. When she is suddenly adopted by Alfred F. Jones, her life seems perfect. She has fifty-one 'siblings', lives in a giant mansion, and she gets tutored by her older siblings instead of having to go to school. Everything changes, though, when Alfred goes missing. Now, Sophie and the fifty-one Jones children have less than a week to find him before his colleagues notice he's gone. Warning: at least fifty-two OCs. Wandering Winds - Pokemon - Sometimes, legendary Pokemon take human form and fall in love with a human. The resulting child is called a halfmon, a human with the ability to partially transform into its Pokemon parent. No one has seen a halfmon for centuries, and they have faded into the obscurity of myth. Meanwhile, Ash and his friends have returned to Kanto for a visit where they meet a famous music troupe. The troupe members are all extremely talented, but there's something off about them. Who are they really, and why are they being hunted? The Stranger - Hetalia/Percy Jackson - He came after the Giant War. Just showed up at camp and walked right through the barrier as if it wasn't there. Defeated seven of the most powerful demigods in the world with almost no effort at all. He's no normal person, that's for sure. But if that's the case, what is he? This is a short story that won't be longer than ten chapters. Possibly not even five. The Chase Competition (title will probably change) - Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard - at the end of the Sword of Summer, Annabeth bet Magnus her life was weirder than his. He denied it. Now a meal of falafel is at stake as the Chase cousins try to out-weird each other with the story of their lives. Basically, a summary of all the PJO and HoO books from Annabeth's perspective, a summary of The Sword of Summer, and their respective reactions. _ (still trying to figure out a title...) - Percy Jackson/Hetalia - It's been just three weeks since the battle against Gaea was won. Riley Li, a descendant of Apollo, has been waiting for the legion to return home to Camp Jupiter. A few days after they do, the gods issue a joint quest between the Greek and Roman camps to free the Oracle of Delphi from the Python's grasp. However, this proves to be something the demigods can't handle alone. It seems they are stuck, until Riley meets someone that seems to recognize him... One or more OCs. No relation to The Trials of Apollo, because I haven't read them yet. Kudos to you if you can spot the hidden Hetalia aspect in this summary... Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: _ (also still trying to figure out a title) - Pokemon - Leon was a normal Pokemon living a normal life in his normal Pokemon tribe in the Pokemon world, until he wakes up one day in a forest as a human. Soon, he learns about the world that he was transported to, a world in which humans are at the top of the social hierarchy and Pokemon are treated like slaves. Everyday life is filled with tension as pro-Pokemon groups fight for Pokemon rights against the anti-Pokemon government, and Leon finds himself trapped right in the middle. With his own Pokemon and human friends, he will need to juggle finding a way home without revealing his true Pokemon identity and finding a way to restore balance to the corrupted world. Not satisfied with this summary, will probably change later. Basically like a reversed Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. To all my Hetalia-story-readers, there is NO CONNECTION to Hetalia in this story. The name Leon just happens to fit the main character. |
