Welcome to Fanfiction club: The first rule of Fanfiction is: You do not ask when a story is being updated. The second rule of Fanfiction is: YOU DO NOT ASK WHEN A STORY IS BEING UPDATED! Third rule of Fanfiction: if a story involves pairing, scenarios or kinks you don't like-- just avoid them. Fourth rule: if you like a story, fave it or leave kudos. Fifth rule: if you really like it, share it, too. Sixth rule: don't ever tell a writer they are "lazy" for writing fanfiction. Seventh rule: hiatuses will go on as long as they have to! And the eighth and final rule: if this is your first time in Fanfiction-- You have to comment. Repost this if you agree! (Side note: I did not come up with this list. I got if off of tanzanitedepths on Tumblr and I wanted to give credit where credit is due.) Izuku Ability and Storylines This is just a record of all the story ideas that pop into my head for whatever reason, and since I finally said I’m not continuing to write Fairy King’s Return, I feel so much less pressure about writing for the My Hero Fandom. While I have grown out of love for the later parts of the show, with few exceptions (I love Inasa, Nejire, and Eri), I can acknowledge it’s a good show with a lot of potential. It also has with few exceptions, the greatest potential for crossovers of any type due to the nature of quirks. Most of these ideas either pulls an ability from another series or directly links the two in the same universe. Every ability that I mention is from an anime/manga/light novel that I would personally recommend. I’ll try to mention what form I experienced the best just to make things easier. I should warn anyone now that I hate Bakugo, so a lot of these stories will have some aspects of Bakugo facing consequences or getting completely wrecked. I’ve touched on my reasons for why I don’t like them in my final chapter (if you can call it that, but I think DescendedGaia, the amazing author of The Life of Deku and His Characters (on ao3) did a much better job explaining why he I can’t stand him, in his second chapter of his The Origin of The Life of Deku and His Characters, aptly titled “The Bakugo Katsuki Bashing”. While in it of itself, there is actually little bashing of Bakugo, the chapter gives a detailed explanation on why they (and I, since I agree with all their points 100%) do not like Bakugo. I recommend giving it a read if only to get a secondary look on why some people do not like a character that everyone else likes. But if you still don’t acknowledge what I’m trying to say, there is always the saying, “Don’t like, don’t read”. Likewise, I’m also saying this now, Izuku will not be referring to himself as Deku in any of them. I’ll admit I don’t like the name Deku because it’s always registered to me as an insult, despite Izuku and Ochako’s best efforts to turn it around. And the turning point where Izuku accepts Ochako calling him Deku as a nickname and not an insult, doesn’t happen, so its an insult to him. It’s also really uncreative if the only thing I’m going to call Izuku for any potential names is Deku (which I think is the biggest reason why I don’t like the name Deku. It’s so boring). I want to play around with the naming conventions a lot of these shows have. Note for all who read this: These can actually be considered prompts for stories if you want. I would love to talk or PM to someone to flesh out the smaller details of the small prompts. I really just have these out as the ground works for like a one-shot (or two/three-shots) that I may get to writing in the future. Ability 1: Bungou Stray Dogs (Code Name: Kafka Asagiri) [Anime - Subbed/Dubbed] Izuku is able to use the abilities of any member of Bungou Stray Dogs character, but he must know each of the abilities and their flaws and have the ability’s name written on his body in the original user’s blood. The blood becomes a tattoo on Izuku’s body in the form of a picture or Japanese character permanently. Depending on the ability, the strength can vary from half-power (For the Tainted Sorrow, but still overpowered) to a perfect copy (Thou Shall Not Die and Lemon Bomb). Note: Abilities are subject to change. Spine - Rashoumon (Dark Creature with black tendrils): From Izuku’s clothes, a shadow beast forms that can attack and defend Chest - Beast Beneath the Moonlight (White Tiger): Tiger silhouette over moon Right Arm - Doppo Poet (Notebook): Can summon objects no bigger than his notebook into reality Left Arm - Thou Shall Not Die (Character): Can heal any physical damage so long as the person is “half-dead” Hands - For the Tainted Sorrow (Characters): The ability to make and manipulate gravitons for anything he touches. Left Leg - Lemon Bomb (An exploding lemon): Is immune to all bombs that are shaped like lemons. Right Leg - Light Snow (Digital Snowflakes): Light snow starts to fall around the people which allows Izuku to project images around him. Izuku is dressed in Dazai’s old black trench coat, black dress pants and shoes, and a dark green vest with a bolo tie held by a ruby pendant. Chuuya gave Izuku a black hat with a green band that he wears constantly. Planned Plot: Izuku is a member of the Armed Detective Agency who along with Kyoka (his girlfriend because she needs some love) and Kenji goes to UA to introduce the idea of heroes working with the more unorthodox members of society to the first year classes, along with introducing why specific areas of Japan are off limits to heroes. The twist is that both Izuku and Kyoka are former members of the Port Mafia (though in both cases, they were forced into it for their very strong abilities). When Izuku introduces himself, Bakugo predictably goes feral on him, and Izuku effortlessly, though painfully, restrains Bakugo. When asked what the history between the two are, Izuku explains that Bakugo used to bully him until he was 10, when he got kidnapped by the Port Mafia because of his special ability, which he didn’t know about. When asked why he doesn’t call it a quirk, Izuku briefly explains that there is a difference, since special abilities literally don’t follow the laws of physics and reality, and aren’t part of the user body like a quirk. It is when some of the students says something stupid that Izuku decides that both classes agaisnt the three Detectives would be a good lesson. It goes about as expected, with Izuku, Kyoka and Kenji demolishing the classes with ease. Kyoka’s Demon Snow slammed down the more defensive members with terrifying force, Kenji tanks and overpowered many of the other members with a sign that he pulled from the testing ground, and Izuku used a variety of abilities to dodge, deflect or disable any attacks that the other students have. Ability 2: Oumagadoki Zoo [Manga] Izuku is able to take the form of three animals: A humanoid rabbit, a humanoid sperm whale, and a humanoid bear. Each form has their own abilities, strengths and weaknesses and it has the added ability to turn animals into humanoid forms. Grand Orca, Nedzu and Uwabami are actually the forms that Izuku gave them when he first got his powers when he was 5. Nedzu unfortunately was taken by scientists and experimented on, though Izuku broke him out. Planned Plot: In this instance, I’m going to say that Jirou/Ochako is looking for a part time job, so Nedzu suggests that she applies to the Oumagadoki Zoo which is within walking distance from UA . Upon reaching it, she is shocked to see that the Zoo is run by a humanoid rabbit whose abilities never seem to stop surprising her. She is further shocked when the animals of the zoo suddenly get human forms and three pro heroes show up and show supreme amounts of respect to the Director. Jirou is thrown through into a wild adventure as she tries to adjust to the new world, especially with the strangely protective Director which UA can’t stop from looking out for her. Ability 3: Laplace (from Darwin’s Game) [Anime - Dubbed] Laplace allows Izuku to know the precise location of the momentum of all objects around Izuku and allows him to calculate how they’ll move based on this information. It only works on objects he can perceive, but if he were to really push himself (at the beginning), he can perceive and react to sniper bullets. Therefore, it would have to be an item at least Mach 2 to really get the drop on him. This also leads Izuku to finding Snipe to help him prepare to be a hero when he is about 10. For me, Laplace is a Mutation “Quirk” that is always on at some level, so Aizawa can’t deactivate it. It also has zero downsides for Izuku unless he focuses inward to rapidly come to a conclusion. Sniper Skills: His knowledge allows him to snipe highly accurately. CQC: His ability to read opponents’ movement perfectly means that it is impossible for Izuku to be caught off guard from an attack. Traps: Knowledge of how a person moves means that he can tell where best to set any traps Planned Plot: I think this would be a better situation where Izuku goes to Shiketsu High School. Like Aizawa decides to expel Izuku for a stupid reason despite Izuku doing extremely well in the Quirk Aprehension Test. The more militaristic theme would make it the better choice for this specific ability, since dealing with firearms and military strategies would be something extremely helpful for Izuku. If I really want to, I would make Izuku meet up with Bakugo and the other UA students at the Provisional License Test where he would proceed to wreck them in the elimination round. Ability 4: Lupin IX (Actually Quirk less) [Anime- Dubbed] While Quirkless, Izuku is a world-classed cook, hacker, thief, acrobatic, marksman (at least with a pistol), disguise master and many more. He is the descendant of famous thief Lupin the Third and follows in his footsteps as the most successful thief in the world (known as Lupin IX). He has a cover of the owner of owning a chain of restaurants that he runs with the help of his crew, Jigen Daisuke (a “failed clone” of the infamous Jigen whose quirk only allows him to inhale smoke without any harm to his body), and Goemon Ishikawa XIX (a descendent of Goemon XIII whose family made a habit of supporting the Lupin family) whose quirk allows him to store bladed weapons inside his body. Further, Ami Enan (who has a quirk that just makes it so she can telepathically connect to anything with an internet signal) joins as Izuku’s girlfriend and the tech and hacker of the group. I specifically gave them quirks that wouldn’t really help them with combat (sans Goemon) because I want this story to focus on how quirks aren’t everything. Lupin III didn’t need a quirk to be the greatest thief, so why would his descendent. Planned Plot: I don’t have a real one for this. It would follow the adventures of Izuku and his gang as they travel the world, enjoy the sites, and steal things, ironically leaving the places they’ve been with brighter futures. Ability 5: Monster of the Abyss [Light Novel - The anime doesn't do it justice] Specifically, this is Izuku who took the place of Hajime in the Arifureta World. He has all the same abilities of Hajime (mainly being a Synergist and knowing about guns and other forms of weaponry [from both anime and real life] to give him a shot at being a hero) and all of Hagime’s equipment. He would have a similar viewpoint to Hajime, but he would have been a little less tense and a little more welcoming with a regretful heroic spirit that he tries to keep under control. Most importantly, having to survive in the Labyrinths means that Izuku is rarely reckless and he is confident and in control of himself. He isn’t going to take crap from anyone but Yue and the others. Planned Plot: He would randomly show up at the USJ while the League of Villains were attacking and proceed to decimate them all with his harem. It’s an interesting thing to look at since Izuku would have no issues killing, and he and his harem (for the most part) would be able to destroy All Might without problem. Afterwords, it would focus on how Izuku and his wives (and Myu) deal with adjusting to this new and weaker world. Something that absolutely must happen though, is that Izuku almost immediately kills Overhaul and adopts Eri. Ability 6: Endless Hunger [Manga] The world is filled with both Heroes and Hunters. Heroes protect the normal populace from quirk users and criminals, while Hunters explore the world looking for new food. Izuku is quirk less so he is not able to be a Hero, but he is taken under the wing of a Hunter, where he strives. Years later, Izuku is a renowned Gourmet Hunter and chef, while other kids his age (18) are just now receiving training as heroes. Izuku is such an effective hunter that he is able to travel into the Gourmet World, though he can only really go towards the edge of it. Planned Plot: While Izuku is exploring the Gourmet World, a portal opens up, sending out a few students. Kurogiri decided that in the last moments of their attack to send a few students randomly into the world. It just happens to be the area that Izuku is exploring, right on the edge of the Human World and the Gourmet World. He helps them get back out, but Momo asks to learn under him because due to the nature of the food of Toriko, she would grow much stronger by learning under a Gourmet Hunter. He’s hesitant, but after getting in contact with UA and her parents, he agrees to help. Personally speaking, I want Izuku to be in an established relationship with Melk the Second because she is one of my favorite characters from the manga, and I think it would be a great relationship (either platonic or romantic) as they are both two characters that have/had self esteem issues and could help each other deal with them earlier. However, I think Momo would be a great fit for this specific Izuku. Specifically, the pairing has to be with someone who appreciates food and the hard work of the people who fought to get it. Momo with the nature of her quirk, would fit in very nicely with the Gourmet Hunters. Ability 7: Brilliant Detective Yushaido (Note: Yushaido is a combination of the words Yusha which is a word that means brave, man of valor, and -ido [and all the Brilliant Detectives have -ido in their names] which when you look at the kanji, means well which references the id wells of ID: Invaded) [Anime- Dubbed] Planned Plot: Izuku is still quirkless, but the abuse that he suffered from everyone around him severely damaged him mentally. An “accident” with Bakugo ends up crippling Izuku in full view of everyone, but no one does anything about it. This incident causes Izuku to start to truly hate Bakugo and his school because he has permanently harmed someone without regret, while he isn’t even reprimanded for it. The incident causes Izuku to become the Bully Breaker, a serial killer who targets Bullies by either destroying their quirk and then torturing them to death, or killing them with their own quirk. This catches the attention of Kura who immediately sends their Brilliant Detectives Sakaido and Miyo Hijiriido. Izuku’s Id well is a massive library with detailed files on just about every person he knows, be them teachers, heroes, or students. Their names, relationships, quirks, weaknesses, viewpoints, and past crimes are all listed in notebooks. One constant is that in the crimes, it lists them referring to him as useless, quirkless, or as a Deku. With this information, Izuku is easily caught especially since he really wasn’t trying to fight. His arrest though brings massive changes to Aldera with the most notable one being most of the staff being fired, and Bakugo getting banned from any Hero School in Japan. Kura acknowledges Izuku’s abilities and asks him if he is willing to work with them. From the limited information that Izuku has, he is able to piece together what happened and agrees, both to make up for his crimes and to stop anyone other serial killers. Thus, Izuku works double shifts as both a Brilliant Detective and an analyst for the field agents, though he gets much better accommodations as a result. I think looking at Stain’s mind would be the perfect first case for the Brilliant Detective Yushaido. Scenario 8: Great Teacher Nedzu [The only non-crossover in this list] Planned plot: This one sticks the closest to the actual plot of the show in the beginning. During the Quirk Apprehension Test, when Bakugo attacks Izuku, Aizawa doesn't let it slide. He sends Izuku away with Iida to Recovery Girl, while he starts to question (interrogate) Bakugo. Bakugo careless states that he's attacked Izuku loads of times which immediately sets off red flags for Aizawa. He takes Bakugo down to Principle Nedzu who is already waiting for them. Nedzu is not happy to learn that one of his students is such an unrepentant abuser and immediately expels him before handing him over to the police, no questions asked since he did break the law. Aizawa is actually supportive of this route, since he is unwilling to allow someone who will so easily hurt someone weaker than him to be in a class where he is allowed to use his deadly quirk with little consequences. Meanwhile, Recovery Girl is lecturing Izuku on being reckless and breaking himself when Izuku brings up the very good point that he has no idea what he is doing. He's only had the quirk for less than 2 months, and it's not like he can practice it on his own seeing as it breaks his bones when he uses it and causes a huge amount of damage to his surroundings. Recovery Girl has no real response to that, but Nedzu comes in to offer his assistance. He states that he will help Izuku learn to use his quirk after classes as well as honing his analytical brain since All Might has shared that Izuku has quite the knack for Analysis. Note: Nedzu knows Izuku is All Might’s successor because he’s not stupid. Scenario 9: Glory (Gamer Izuku) - [Anime - Subbed, but I'm currently reading the web novel] Izuku is a talented video game player, specifically in relation to the game Glory. He is unofficially one of the greatest players in the world, but he isn’t recognized because of his age due to his ability of dissecting fighting styles, strengths, weaknesses, counters, and skill in playing any class at the level of an expert. He’s also quirkless but only because he hasn’t discovered what his quirk is. He does have the quirk factor and everything that points to it, but it has not awakened, so he threw himself into Glory after graduating early from his middle school due to not wanting to be around his bullies. Sometime between when he is 12-14, he wakes up to find that he can see Glory’s game hub in front of his eyes, and that his life has been turned into a game. His stats all resemble his main character, Leigong (literally “Lord of Thunder”), and he has all his weapons. Planned Plot: Izuku goes to UA like normal, and completely dominates most situations due to his masterful control (due to him knowing how to fight extremely well thanks to Glory) and strategic planning skills which Glory would naturally hone. I’d say Izuku is planning to be a hero so he can promote Glory while giving hope to the people who were less fortunate. I’m debating about whether or not to make UA a high school or University. If UA is a high school, then I can make it so Izuku spends a year (and change) in China with Yu Xiu where Yu Xiu focused a lot on grooming Izuku’s already amazing skills in the game. If UA is a University, Izuku will have grown up and have a huge presence in the Gaming Industry due to both his quirk which brings Glory to life and his skills in the game, as well as finishing highschool in China. Plus, it gives me the excuse to write Izuku in a relationship with either Tang Rou or Bao Rongxing (I’m honestly okay with either) without it being creepy since Izuku would be 18 when he joins UA (and I’m placing the timeline of King’s Avatar in this case about a year from the start so he’d have good relationships with both. Following the rule of thumb for dating people younger than you: Divide your age and add 7. If they are the result or older, then it is not creepy for you to date them provided they are mature enough to date). Either way: Izuku is going to be good online friends with Yu Xie, or one of his parents are either relatives and/or family friends with Chen Guo (the owner of the internet shop, Yu Xie works at) so he has the opportunity to run face to face with Yu Xie and get a laugh out of Chen Guo not believing Yu Xie. Note: This is honestly my least planned idea since I have no real idea how to go with a gaming power plotline. All I know is that a fully leveled and well-piloted Glory character is able to fight extremely powerful monsters that would easily overpower most heroes, so Izuku would be extremely overpowered (and he would be a max leveled character). Favorite Characters: Pokemon: Ash Ketchum, Brock, Serena, Lillie, Lana, Kiawe, Mallow, Sophocles, Kukui, Burnet, Cynthia Miraculous Ladybug: Marinette, Fu, Nino, Luka, Juleka, Kagami, Fandom Felix, Kim, Alix (aside from Marinette, she's my favorite) Epithet Erased: (In order) Molly, Giovanni, Howie Honeyglow, Sylvie, Ramsey Murdoch, Percy, Zora, Indus, Mera, Trixie Roughhouse, literally any character besides Molly's Dad Favorite Pairings: Ash x Serena (I just really find this pairing really good plus Serena is my favorite female traveling companion) Ash x Lillie (Lillie is a great character and in the games it felt like I had an actual traveling companion like in the Mystery Dungeon games.) Ash x Lana (Lana is so adorable and I get the most laughs watching the anime from her. Plus her reactions to any time someone asks if she and Ash are hilarious to the point I just want it to happen) Ash x Sabrina (This is a pairing I really don't understand its appeal to me. I don't know why but I just like it.) Ash x Elesa (I like this one because I personally think that Ash and Elesa mesh well together) Ash x Cynthia (She is my favorite Champion and one of my favorite characters. No further explanation needed) Marinette x Luka (The ship is probably my favorite from the show. They mesh ridiculously well and they just naturally make each other happy. I want this to happen so badly) Marinette x Kagami (Be it friendship or romance, I just want the two girls to get along as extremely good friends. There two personalities would just work so well together. Plus, they are just hilariously cute together) Davis x Kari (One of my favorite couples from the Digimon series. I find Davis and Kari mesh so well together, but at the same time, I can clearly see where they would have issues and that's a good thing. It means the relationship would feel real. Davis' antics would encourage Kari to be more bold, while Kari would help Davis to be more mature [for lack of a better term that I can think of]. Plus, they're cute together) Davis x Mimi (I just like it, no other reason) Least favorite pairings: Ash x Misty (I really don't like Misty during the Indigo League and Orange Islands. After she mellowed out and definitely in Alola, where she doesn't spring to violence in the drop of a hat, she is a character I like, but her introduction and hostile attitude just soured her to the point that I don't want her to be shipped with Ash at all. Plus, I find her stupid Misty lures to be so dumb and self-gratifying. Not really anything that adds to the ship, but I find that this instance of narcissism only makes me dislike her more.) Ash x Iris (She has a much more holier-than-thou attitude than Misty and is always putting Ash down as well. In other words, she's such a little kid!) Marinette x Adrien (Canon Adrien is such a Gary Stu. Everyone loves him despite him not doing anything with his friends to actually maintain his friendships. He also is ridiculously disrespectful towards both Ladybug and Marinette. I've been looking at his behavior more closely and there are several moments that his actions are downright inexcusable. Blackmailing Plagg when Paris is flooding because Ladybug cannot tell Chat Noir who the Guardian is, lounging around during akuma attacks (see Oblivio's news report scene), lying about his relationship with Ladybug and harassing her multiple times throughout the show when she has clearly stated that she is not interested in him multiple time very clearly.) TK x Kari [Takeru x Hikari] (I don't like this one because it is seemingly prophesied, if you go by the fandom's reasoning. So this comes down to a lot of reasons. First, it follows the pitfalls of defining the characters by their crests or Digimon, thus Hope and Light have to go together. Second, people love to use the excuse that they are childhood friends despite them not really being childhood friends, thus it falls under that cliche. They aren't really childhood since it is implied that TK moved away shortly after Adventure, and TK and Kari only really knew each other by their time in the Digital World, so I can see a friendship forming, but that's about it. Thirdly, it's a very boring ship. TK and Kari are practically perfect characters, with Kari especially pretty much having every boy she meets falling in love, so their relationship would just be so lacking of any conflict or reason to grow.) Davis x Ken (Let me get one thing clear. I DO NOT HATE THIS SHIP WHEN I SAY THIS IS ONE OF MY LEAST FAVORITE SHIP! I just can't get behind it. I understand why it's so popular, and I can kind of see why this could have happened, realistically. However, I can't get behind it because to me Davis and Ken are as close to brothers as they can get without going through some crazy blood-adoption ritual. They are my BrOTP and only Toriko's and Komastu's brotherly bond beats it for me. I cannot romantically ship these to guys because they remind me too much of my brother and I, so I'm more than a little grossed out.) Shipwrecked egg Challenge This is a simple Challenge based on my story “The Difference of an Egg”. The bases of it are that Ash finds an egg and several useful items from a shipwreck on Pallet town beach. Requirements: 1) Ash has to find a Pokémon egg on pallet town beach. 2) He finds a national Kalos Pokedex in the wreck 3) He find a book on mega evolution, several mega stones and a key stone 4) Finds roller skates or a bike 5) Ash is more intelligent 6) He will get an “Official” starter from prof. Oak 7) He will be either physic or have aura powers. Having both would be overpowered. 8) The egg hatches into a uniquely colored Pokémon (different colors than a shiny) 9) The pairings can be Ash x any girl that is not Misty or Iris and no guys. If you make Ash a girl than you can have him paired with guys. 10) Ash ages and keeps his skills (though age can be determined by you) 11) The Pokémon from the egg will stay out or not like his pokeball 12) Guidelines have to be followed, but other than that go wild. Optional 1) The mother of the egg is alive and stays with Ash’s mom 2) Ash is considered the town idiot, when he really is strong and smart 3) Delia is rich and has a lab so Ash doesn’t give Prof. Oak his Pokémon when he has more than 6 Pokémon. 4) Ash and his fighting type Pokémon has a unique fighting style like Zangief’s style. A Dumb Pokemon Prompt So I’m reading through a few Pokemon fanfics, and I got an idea. I’m going to be honest, I’m not planning on writing this, because I’ve been planning a Digimon Fanfiction very thoroughly. Seriously, at this point, I’m 22 Chapters outlined with the first chapter partially written. Anyway, I’ve noticed that Ash and Leon are really similar. Ash is a dumb kid who constantly gets lost, while Leon is a dumb man who always gets lost. Ash and Leon both have badass Charizards, they are cheerful characters, and they are always trying to bring out the best in others. So here's the idea for this prompt, we make Ash be Leon. Guideline: 1. Ash is Leon. It can be from adoption after Ash is betrayed (if you want to go down that route) or Ash gets amnesia. It really doesn’t matter, but Ash has to identify more as Leon then Ash while still acknowledging that he was Ash at one point (provided he doesn’t have amnesia). Be creative and go wild. 2. Ash has to act like Leon. He cannot act like an edgy protagonist that is expecting to be betrayed by the world. Leon is a semi-wise doofus that is a barely functioning adult, but he actually tackles and is able to tackle (most) of the problems in Galar. He wouldn’t be Leon (or Ash) if he was an emo or hate-filled like most Ash betrayed fanfics make him out to be. 3. He uses Charizard. 4. The guidelines are mainly here to remind you that Ash and Leon are a bunch of good natured, kind doofuses, and not brooding, edgy emos. Keep it in mind. 5. There is no 5th guideline. So go nuts. My Hero Academia and Nanatsu no Taizai crossover Synopsis: Izuku is not quite as quirkless as he thought. When all hope was lost and his dream was crushed by those around him, an ancient power that hasn’t been seen since the times of King Arthur awoke inside of him, Magic. Guidelines 1 - Awakening). Izuku must get his powers either during the ten months before UA or sometime as a kid. When he awakens his power, he will first just release a large burst of power that is uncontrolled before he falls unconscious. Whilst unconscious, Izuku meets the Nanatsu no Taizai (seven deadly sins) where he chooses one of the sins to be his mentor. Izuku learns all of his chosen sin’s powers and gets his or hers holy weapon. 2 – Characteristics). Izuku must inherit some of his chosen’s sin personality quirks, and be branded with the sin’s specific symbol. 3 - Pairings). If Izuku chooses Meliodas, Ban, or King; Elizabeth, Elaine, Diane, a girl with similar powers to the chosen sin’s love interest, or one of the My Hero Academia girls can be paired with Izuku. Or you can choose to not include a pairing that’s fine too. For those who have questions about adjusting the Seven Deadly Sins girl’s power, just change the girl’s power to a quirk (Diane would have a combination of a gigantification and earth control quirk, Elaine would have a wind manipulation quirk that also gifts her wings, and Elizabeth would have a powerful healing quirk with basically the powers as her canon abilities). Be creative, just no slash. I have no issue with gay couples, I just find that the two most used homosexual pairings include Bakugou (and pairing him with Izuku just feels wrong with Bakugou’s action) and Todoroki (a character who I just can’t make my mind up about), which I don’t really like and I just don't get. I guess this comes more from being uninterested in any gender, but I want someone to actually explain the appeal to them. If Izuku chooses Escanor, Merlin or another girl has to be paired with him. (I make the exception here, because Merlin is Escanor’s hope and drive. Without his drive, Escanor loses a lot of himself.) 4 – Specific attributes for each sin) Meliodas - Izuku gains Meliodas’ demon powers, but must learn to control it. Ban - he gains immortality, Ban’s scar, his eyes turn red (I don’t know how you would rationalize this) and he gains a bit of kleptomania. King - Izuku gains the ability to transform between a young fairy boy form and an adult male form (how you design the form is up to you) and gets fairy wings that can be hidden. Diane - Izuku gains the ability to grow to the size of a giant and earth manipulation (Izuku is about the same height as Diane, so he would be about 30 ft. tall.) Gowther – Izuku wears glasses, and he gains the ability to shift his hair color and hair length. Izuku gaining a doll form is optional. Merlin – Izuku’s hair turns black and loses some of its poofiness. Escanor – Izuku is Escanor. He bulks up during the day and become more aggressive at the day goes by, and becomes slimmer during the night. Izuku does not become a meek person during the night, but he does become very mellow. 5). Tell me if you are going to take the challenge. I want to read these stories. 6). Izuku cannot be afraid of Bakugou. He will be spending a minimum of ten months with people who are way worse than Bakugou. He can be weary of his explosive rival because Bakugou is a loose cannon. 7). Izuku can still get One-for-All from All Might. It is optional though. 8). Izuku cannot be one of many to unlock magic. This is a power he awakened at his weakest moment and is entirely unique to himself. With the exception of a character from the Seven Deadly Sins still being alive or being reincarnated, no other person can unlock magic. If you must, you can have one character gain magic, but magic has been lost to the world of quirks. Suggestions 1). Izuku wears clothes similar to the sin he chooses to learn from, but with a more modern twist. His hero costume is based on a less bulky set of knight’s armor or something else. I really don't care. Banned 1). No Slash! Seriously, can someone explain the appeal of Bakugo x Izuku? Bakugo literally told Izuku to kill himself without remorse, and from what I have seen, has very little respect for Izuku. 2). Izuku’s magic being canceled by other people like Eraserhead. His magic is not a quirk nor does it function like a quirk. Quirks are physical attributes that enhance a human, while magic is a spiritual power the user draws upon. Eraserhead’s power would not work on spiritual powers. Reader advice is welcome and encouraged. Warning, I get no notifications when I get a PM, so it may take time for me to respond. |
