OMG! I love this! Please for the love of all that is good and gore in this word... please do not stop posting! I am so happy I came across this! Like my roommate asked if I was ok when I scream bc I was happy Izuku is a part of the police. I sooo calling Jiro or Shoji to be in the Inner Circle because they would be amazing for stealth and listening in during the objectives! Keep up the great work cause this is awesome!

You know what? If somebody found out Izuku was the Mafia boss and they weren't a police officer. I'm pretty sure Izuku could just say, "I'm recruiting you to the mafia.". Then they can't say anything

i had this idea for a costume if you seen Sword Art Online then go with Sterben/ Death Gun from the GGO arc cause not only he is intimidating but he has the ability to "disappear", that and his "weapons" could catch the officers off guard (paintballs used instead of real bullets to reduce the amount of pursuers on the officers side minus himself).

if you want an escape scene, have the Kingpin "jump out" an open window after being surrounded on both sides (they're in a hallway) via smokescreen with an open window a few floors down convincing the officers that he's on a lower level when in reality, the Kingpin has escaped to the roof.

heres a look at the scene

On left side of hallway, Todoroki: "Give up Kingpin"

On right side of hallway, Kendo: "You have no where to hide"

In-between the two, Kingpin/Izuku: "Ha Ha Ha, YoU ThInK yOu CaUgHt Me, ThInK aGaIn",(throws down a smokescreen ball onto the floor causing it to break an release smoke)

Todoroki and Kendo:"What th- I can't see"

Kingpin/Izuku:(jumps out of window while the others are 'blind' and quickly escapes to the roof silently and taps his mask)"Kingpin to LiveWire open the window a few floors from the current one as planned"

LiveWire:"Copy that Kingpin"

after smoke clears, Kendo:"Where's the Kingpin?"

seeing the window open, Todorki:"Out the window"

it's your choice if you want to use this scene or not

Pretty interesting. I think you need to add a fake third party, who will "try" to take over a mafia. ( it is Midoria) Also made fox robot (Secutity bot) and support gear that can be built from other gear, like one detail going for spying and returned back to the original gear. So good luck with fanfic.

Really loved Hero Class Civil War, so I hope you can keep the same level of suspense and big brain Izuku as that fic had. So far it's looking solid, and I can say with a high certainty this won't be a mimic due to the changes in scenario alone. Hope Shoji takes on his Tank role again, but not sure how you'd be able to do that without Izuku just yoinking him since he wanted to be a villain in HCCW. Keep up the good work :)

YESSSS, MY THEORY WERE RIGHT! Shinsou should definitely join him, it'll give him so much power if used right. You could make an order that's implicit and nothing out of the ordinary, so the victim wouldn't notice they're being brainwashed. Although, you can cross him out if you don't want him to be too OP. Hatsume on his side were already OP for me personally, Juuzou (if I'm right his quirk kinda involves melting too, my point is the person with that quirk) from 1-B could be pretty useful too, as long as Mina and him anonymous too, so they wouldn't figure it out that fast.

This is great. Midoriya made some good power moves with mei and the cameras. As the cameras will help in gathering information such as whos present near objectives and allows for more relevant plans. We now have our inside man. This is going to be amazing. I hope we get to the reveal assembly we see class 1a reacts to Midoriya Izuku kingpin.

Great story I’m glad to see another story similar to civil war. And If you want to change it to detective to your Fans will ignore it.

Because he *needs* tech. The Mafia wont be able to rely on their quirks. Quirks are essentially a person's identity in this world (with all the psychosocial complications from that,) so it would be like stating "Hey Im Xxx and I'm Mafia." They are going to need tech to cover that weakness.

Also, another benefit to Mei is that she is Outside the hero course, and likely has links to other classes, because I highly doubt only the hero class would need support equipment with the sheer Variety in quirks. Izuku could get outside contacts and recruitment options.

( I'm hoping that at least 2 of the Inner Circle are from the Business and General studies, making it way harder for the Police to ID. It's too risky to stick with just heroes. They know eaxh other too well. Of course, its also a danger sign for Izuku to be seen mixing with people outside of his friend group, but hopefully being police himself will medigate that.)

Working quickly to hack Nezu's security system before he finds out? Not only was he probably aware of what Hatsume was doing, he probably left that card sitting out in plain sight just to see if Midoriya would take it.

And while the police might be glad that Izuku isn't a real villain, it could be worse. Had Nezu chosen to become a villain rather than a hero, All For One himself might have been calling All Might, offering to surrender in return for protection from "The Rat".

However I'm not sure you needed such a detailed recap of events from Hatsume's point of view. Much of that had already been covered from Midoriya's side, making it redundant, and what wasn't could probably have been worked into her conversations with Midoriya.
