Reviews - As an author, I love reviews. Who doesn't? I love them that I actually read them obsessively for inspiration. However, I am not the kind of author who forces my readers to review for the stories I wrote. I really cling to this belief to the point that I refrain myself from putting 'Please read and review!!' in my stories. But because of this rule I made for myself, I actually am quite expectant when it comes to the reviews I receive. Quality over quantity is what matters to me. I really am happy when the reviewer writes his views about the chapter/story may it be a question, a suggestion, a violent reaction, or even pointing out my mistakes. But, if the review only consists of the dreaded 'Update Soon', OTL, you get the image. Haha. As a reviewer, expect me to write random things in my reviews. But I always make it a point that the randomness are worth reading. =D Pairings - GokuderaxHaru(KHR), Nejiten(Naruto), FakirxAhiru(Princess Tutu), CCxLelouch(Code Geass), EriolxTomoyo(CCS), LucyxLoke(Fairy Tail). Obviously, I'm more fond of the hetero pairings. But I also read shounen-ai with great, great, great plot. Hardcore Yaoi and Yuri is a no-no for me though. OCs - I actually don't mind reading them in stories as long as they are well written and they do not take up the spot light from the original characters. If the story is solely about an OC paired up with a canon character, I most probably won't bother. Characterization - I usually scrutinize first the background of a character in the story before I judge them as OOC or not. If the story follows the canon, well, it would be easier to figure out ne? But it's a different story with AUs or ARs. Usually in this kind of stories, they tend to be OOC but I accept their characterization as long as it's explained well. UPDATES: I have missed writing, but I am currently struggling with producing any literary stuff. All old works are in indefinite Hiatus but as far as I am concerned, I am viciously plagued that I have left them hanging. So yeah. They'll get that completed status in one way or another. 08/26/2015 So... Hi there! In case people are actually reading this profile, I am still alive and still trying to produce chapters to no avail. RL is happening: got a job and is preparing for a licensing examination for my degree. But who knows. I might post an update or two, someday. If you have any questions/suggestions regarding my stories, just send me a PM. Will be happy to talk about it. Ciao~ ciao~ |
